My initial order was the two tables, and only one was delivered. I was disappointed but also very much reassured by the very professional support I had from Ketlin, especially from the excellent Reena - the second table arrived promptly, and I have ordered another one since - I would recommend this company and use it again.

Once again I am impressed by the courteous and, helpful staff Pranav and now Carl, checking to make sure that I am satisfied with the outcome of having to return the item that I ordered. Unfortunately there was a ‘technical’ hitch between Keplin and DPD, but it was sorted out very quickly by Keplin. My refund was done immediately and should appear on my next bank statement. I regret having to return the garden loungers, they seemed to be of good quality, but sadly in my eighties, I was unable to open one of the chairs, and despite reading the comments about them on line, they were too large and too heavy for me to be able to move. Thank you once again for excellent customer service.

I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner, the connectors became misaligned. I sent photos to customer service, the told me how to "fix it"
3 minutes later I was back vacuuming the floors.

EBAY BULLYING AND LIES.
Last summer i purchased a quantity of voyager lanterns for a camping party directly from KG-DIRECT. This was a task in itself with wrong orders being sent out initialy. This year i had several that were not used so i listed them for sale on ebay. I was shortly contacted by kg-direct telling me to remove my listings as they infringed on there property rights. Threatened me with legal action if i did not remove them. I ignored this as im a private seller selling my own items that i no longer require so they have no rights to demand this. I then heard from DESIRETECH.co.uk through ebay who i suppose is the mother company and importer from china who reported to ebay that i was selling unautharised copys or fake items. Blatent lies. Resulting in ebay removing my items from sale. What a sham company. They dont answer phone calls or reply to emails. Seems they have been using these tactics for a while. 200 negative feedbacks on ebay. 19% 1 star ratings here. Desiretech having a wopping 97% 1 star rating. All over a £6.99 camping lantern...
I would like most ratings left here advise you to stay away from this scam company.
Great Customer Service after Amazon Order delivery issue
Ordered a parasol and base via Amazon and had a number of delivery issues. I managed to contact Keplin directly which is not often possible with Amazon suppliers. I was assisted by a friendly and helpful lady on the support team called Manasi who went out of her way to sort out the issues. She was kind and empathic and followed up regarding the queries. Worst experience of any company
Worst experience of any company. I purchased an keplin airfryer. I used it briefly and it malfunctioned. I have sent several messages via tiktok and l never received even one message from keplin apologising oe expressing regret. They simply declined refund. At least send a return label and take back the junk l purchased from you.
Do not purchase from this company.
Problem Resolved
Last week I got in touch with Keplin as I was having a problem registering my new air fryer. I sent an email and received a prompt reply from 'Carl' and the problem was quickly solved. Thank you.
Warranty admin
At first I will be honest it was admin to get a Warranty for my air fryer and I didn’t hear from keplin, but I was able to get a hold of them and got customer service! Carl I’m customer service, helped me with getting what I needed and got it done so quickly, so all in all customer service is good and the air fryer is good too!
Good customer service
I purchased a next day delivery watering can. After waiting two days I received a note to say it will be another 5 days.
I accept that the supplier was at the mercy of the courier but after contacting the supplier they did push the courrier to deliver as soon as possible.
Four stars reflects the work the supplier did to fix the situation.
Fantastic speedy and friendly customer service -
I purchased two sunbeds from Amazon sold by Keplin group but unfortunately the order was lost by the courier. I contacted Keplin customer service, and they responded immediately offering to resend the items or provide a full refund. The issue was resolved extremely quickly, and it was refreshing to be able to communicate with a real person rather than a chatbot. Many Thanks to Reena for her fantastic customer service.

Minor issue with my purchase of a Dual Air Fryer, but easily resolved with advice off Carl from their Customer Support Team. 5 Stars for the item and 5 stars for Carl.
Wrong item delivered twice
Wrong item delivered twice. The size of case was smaller than ordered off Amazon and the strange thing is they sent a size that wasn’t an available choice. First case we ordered was returned and then ordered again but the price had gone up £7 and they offered a 20% so we were still paying more than original order but got a smaller size. Bizarre. Anyway they told me DPD would collect today but no one called to collect item and I won’t get a refund until they receive the item. This feels like a scam to me.
Quality service, Quality item
The customer service I received was brilliant.( Thanks Reena). There was an error with the product description on Amazon. When I pointed it out they arranged collect FOC and I received my refund as soon as the collection was made.
They have also corrected their description on Amazon.
I have since bought a different lounger from Kelpin and received my order the very next day.
