Steve greeted us at the door when they first opened on Sunday and was awesome helping us and answering our questions.

Steve was extremely helpful taking us around the store, and even suggesting some items from the outlet to save us money.

The salesperson, Brenda Platt, was very knowledgeable, worked with me and understood my preferences. Patient, spent 2 hrs with me. Was very pleasant and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Helpful suggestions for my purchases and delivery of I.e. access to home, width of doorway, stairs etc. great selection of furniture and options to choose from in the store. One stop shopping, prices seemed equilivant to similar stores. Quality furniture and excellent financing terms. Staff personable, store nicely laid out, excellent presentation, clean etc. my first time there, highly recommend. Quality, selection and pricing of furniture, staff made it an enjoyable experience. Plus I found the pieces I was looking for .

I left one voicemail message to my salesman after the sale asking if I needed a boxspring for the bed frame I ordered, no return call. I called main number for the store and spoke live to another salesperson who said she'd look into it . I never got a call back. The frame was delivered just fine but I DID need a boxspring and I had to scramble and buy from a local seller so that my guests had a bed to sleep in over the 4th of July holiday. When the salesman called me back AFTER the holiday, he was defensive that I did not say I needed a boxspring when I ordered the frame. Store needs to return phone calls when you have a question about the product prior to delivery.

David was so helpful in helping me choose my perfect mattress! He walked me through first with testing my sleeping stress points using this sensory bed and helping identifying what type of mattress type would best suit me. He was so knowledgeable and I learned so much about mattresses I wasn’t expecting to learn! He was incredibly patient and very personable. My family has been buying furniture from Kensington since I was a kid and it was great to come back as an adult making one of my first big purchases for myself!

From the time I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable and not pressured at all. Matt was knowledgeable, kind and patient sine I am battling Stage IV cancer and am slow and weak. He showed me around to different bedroom furniture for our 5 year old granddaughter & I liked the first one he showed me. We were working with limited space since our shore home is not large but perfect for us. Now waiting for our delivery to surprise Lula.

Brenda and Kevin were awesome! Patient, informative, helpful, with lots of creative ideas and options. We came in to buy one piece of inexpensive furniture for our living room. Walked out of Kensington refurnishing two outside patio locations plus a better piece of furniture for our living room. Good sales people, I think.

We had Matt Horner as a salesman. He was very helpful in helping us pick out what we needed for our elderly mother’s shore home. He showed us all the options and was so pleasant as changes kept being made in fabric choices. All the employees we dealt with were so friendly and nice. We will definitely be return customers and we will be asking for Matt!

We had a wonderful shopping experience with Kensington Furniture! After visiting various other furniture stores in the area not finding anything that exactly matched what we were looking for, Kensington not only had it, but gave us fabric choices right down to the throw pillows as well! Their design consultant Brenda was not only knowledgeable but was very patient answering all my wife and I multitude of questions. We have never ordered custom furniture and normally settled with what was available on showroom floors, but Kensington made believers out of us by showed us that you can find the furniture you like and even tweak it into exactly what is needed! Go there, you won’t be disappointed.
