You have a 15-day period from the date of delivery to make an exchange, no questions asked. Only 1 exchange per customer, per household. Factory Fresh, Floor Samples, and/or Outlet Items do not apply. Sales under $999 do not apply. We will pick up the returned items at our earliest availability and will provide a loaner piece until the new selection arrives (customers may not keep the returned items as a loaner until the new piece arrives).

Danny was very thorough and personable

Danny was very thorough and personable. I found exactly what I wanted and can’t wait until we get it. It was such a pleasure to deal with Danny and the store manager. I had gotten rid of my old furniture but was having trouble finding what I liked. It was such a relief to find what I was looking for and everyone at Kensington has been so nice and helpful.

Great Shopping Experience

Price-matched an England apartment style sofa we liked in a store out of state. JC was very helpful in getting exactly what we wanted.

First stop… Only stop

Yolanda has only been with the company for five months and she did a fantastic job. At the end she brought in her boss Kevin, who is equally wonderful. we ran some of our ideas by him. He also took the time and walked around with us. They made the process very easy.

Furniture Delivery Process

Great sales experience, but I need a Certificate of Insurance completed prior to moving the furniture into my apartment building. Without it, they will not allow the furniture into the building. Moving day is Weds, 04/22/26, and today is Mon, 04/20/26. I still do not have the Certificate...

Yolanda made my experience delightful. She has the patience of a saint. No question I asked was blown off and I know I ask the same question many times. She was just a pleasure to work with. I look forward to returning and picking more pieces out with her.

I was happy with the sales lady but I…

I was happy with the sales lady but I didn’t know I had to pay for my old bed to be taken out if I didn’t have health issues I would have dispose it myself but it’s worth having to pay to make it easier on me a 73 years old senior citizen I can’t wait for the bed to be delivered it should make my back feel better
