All is well I don't know about this app I used first time

I’ve had my travel router from KHYIP for almost a year. Customer service was great with setup and configuration. The travel router worked great for about 5 months. Nothing changed with my wifi at home or at my vacation home, it just stopped working around the time when KYHIP implemented a subscription-based support model where you have to pay for additional help sessions. Coincidence or not, the amount of money I paid for these routers is not worth it.

Very informative team that was able to answer all of my questions prior to purchase. Very informative communication and speedy delivery. We had some speed bumps with set up; however the technician stayed patient and was resourceful until we had a successful connection. The router worked smoothly my entire two week trip in Colombia and I am excited for future travels!

Incredible Service all round, not just the product itself but the support also. Wifi & Routers depending on location and ISP can be infinitely complicated, and the level of knowledge the guys at KYHIP have is incredible, there is always another option to try and always a way to work through it.

I had some complications with regard to a rural ISP specifically and the wifi router i was connecting to, and not only could they resolve that, but also provided me with a list of viable alternatives to guarantee success.

The fact that you have to scroll down a long way to find a bad review, says a lot, these guys provide a great service and are relentless in getting you connected irrespective of the problem or its complexity.

Thank you KYHIP, and i recommend this service to anyone thinking of signing up.

The vast majority of the time it works perfectly, and when it doesnt, its seems to rarely if ever be the fault of the company, and more so a problem with ISP or the particular router your connecting to.

I doubt may troubleshooting issues could be as bad or complex as mine was, so the fact they could get me up and running successfully is testament to their skill and knowledge.

Thank you again, and by the way im on the cheapest option, which is working flawlessly. I am in the most rural of locations and the service is still as good as it would be in a major city or anywhere else in terms of speed and reliability.
