Your service charged my card on 15$ for month without my authorisation, even though i canceled my subscription before the trial period to end, my issue was not resolved as your agent said “contact apple directly” and closed the chat, awful support and service

No free trial!!
I wanted to test the VPN and I saw it has a 7-day free trial, I clicked on it, it automatically billed me for a month, no free trial at all, I contacted the customer support through the app but no response, I requested a refund too on the same day, no response too.

This will just bring down the VPN sales, it's not smart business move. I could leave a good review if the VPN was honest, but now you just lose customers.

Such fake, don't trust!, go search "Internet Speed Test" to make sure. if your location still on same country as you, you are doomed.

Didn’t work

F**king scammers, I wanted to test the 3-day trial. They charged me 74.99 euros instantly for a year without a 3-day trial. I try to contact them by mail for 5 days in a row, no one even replying.

Very dodgy company I would avoid just in case there is a problem they are not on your side. I tested trial, forgot to cancel and got charged 70£ for yearly subscription, my bad. Cancelled and contacted them literally minutes after the payment was taken, received a pre determined email about regretting to inform me that I don’t qualify for refund since it’s been an auto payment, wtf is the difference, your website shines with “30 days money back guarantee “ for “ out peace of mind “ yet they have problems refunding minutes after I contacted them. On top that, it wasn’t even their decision to make about refund since later I realised that because auto purchase was done through their app from App Store, customers are actually paying to Apple directly not them hence you get refund from Apple, yet they tried to gaslight me from taking further attempts by “ denying “ my refund , because it was auto payment? I thought I’ll be stuck with service I don’t need for a year and down 70£ but after contacting Apple I received a refund no questions asked. I have enough of your service, wouldn’t use you ever again.

Have used for a year but it stopped working. Tried to reinstall but the installer is damaged according to my computer. Live chat just cut me off and vanished from the screen when I asked for help. Technical never came back to me. Do not buy.

I cancel the vpn in Feburary and on March 6 2024. They charge my credit card for 12.99. In the March 6 I contact support they say there cant issue a refund. The customer service is poor. The vpn is very slow.

Buyer be aware about the cancelation procedure and process. If you buy their monthly subscription through play store and then before next billing cycle you decide to cancel and play store confirm the cancelation. The company still send you the Bill. This is not right.
I also learned that their reason is that when I signed up through their website and then downloaded their app through Play store and paid for it through the store. This means two subscriptions and not one even though I paid for one userID and one system. This is really mad and the challenging part is to deal with credit card company since this is a subscription. thanks to Play store once you cancelled , then they stop the payment, but with credit company is a different story and once the vendor have your number they can charge you and you have to keep on disputing it. I may have to change my card all together because of this unprofessional sale tactic

They are offering a free trial but taking your money anyway and pushing so hard not to unsubscribe you. Customer support is too slow. Their billing service is not working. They couldn't manage to send me the bill via email.

This is a premium account review. I am a social media manager and VPN is crucial for me hence the premium subscription. Long story short the app does not connect to any network, my inquiry for refund has been ignored, and the support doesn't answer anymore. The only guidelines they will give you is install the app and reintall. Stay away. Not recommended if you are a professional. They will leave you hanging.

VPN Proxy Master is advertising that " VPN Proxy Master offers you a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial payment made through our website. Within 30 days, you can cancel the service and request a refund with customer support if you’re not completely satisfied."

I am traveling to Dubai, I bought their VPN, I tried calling my friends using skype while turning on their VPN but it didn't work at all. So I bought another VPN and got busy with travelling. After a few days when I asked them for a refund, they asked me to uninstall skype, VPN software , reboot pc, send screenshots and many many more .. I did it all hoping that this will convince them to refund me. Still they didn't give me any refund. At the end they said they will escalate the issue to the technical team. This is completely unacceptable and Scamming. Because they are not refunding at all, they are just procrastinating. After 2 hours of chatting with VPN Proxy Master still did not gave me the refund that they advertised.

I asked Paddle.com (their credit card processor) for refund, its been 8 days since I am waiting. It seems Pabble.com is harboring VPN Proxy Master and letting them scam without any regulation.

REQUEST TO THE READERS: DO NOT BUY VPN Proxy Master.

We decided to stop using this tool due to lots of limits and asked for the refund. They just tell us we're not eligible as they don't see our request we sent previously)) Reputation price is $70))

When I am in Spain, the servers are great and I can see BBC iPlayer and UK Netflix as well as Netflix from US and other countries.
I have not given 5 stars because when I am in the UK, the Spanish server does not work with Movistar+, although it does work with other Spanish TV channels like A3Player

The most disappointing part would be the availability of the servers. In the list I usually had a lot of different locations I could choose but only a few would actually be connected. (Even though the status was green.)

I paid for an annual subscription. Two months later, the service stopped working and asks to pay again. There is no time to deal with this issue.

A very good VPN,however sometimes I couldn’t connect to the servers I wanted (Russia for example)However overall the app worked perfectly.
