The set up was done fairly quickly and the technical support person was knowledgeable and courteous.

They responded to my emails within minutes, even before I purchased the service. The set up was so straightforward and I had further questions after and they answered all my queries very quickly.

Product works well, great support.
I purchased the economy package with 2 Slate Plus Routers. The support was already great before the parcel arrived as there was a problem with DHL which lead to a delayed arrival of the parcel. However, the support was always keeping me updated and replied to my emails very fast and until late at night.
When the routers arrived, the setup was done quite fast. Everything was tested and going well, until it was not going well and there was a trouble with my travel router. Once again, the support was very helpful and we scheduled a troubleshooting session to go over everything again and configure the travel router (VPN client) again. Now, after some testing, everything works fine. I hope this continues to be the case. But I know that in case anything happens, I am in best hands and can really depend on the support,
All in all, I can highly recommend KYHIP, their products and their great support to everyone who wants a secure connection while being able to travel!

Although no phone number to contact directly, this company does an outstanding job with communication via email....speedy, thorough and friendly. If you are skeptical, just give them a chance since they do not disappoint! Ask them a question beforehand to gauge response time or clarify any doubts.
The configuration was seamless and quick. The technician warned me about slow connection due to my home network's limitations-especially if I needed to use MS Teams.
***TIP*** Try the MS Teams web acces versus the desktop app on your work laptop for better performance with screen sharing***
This product exceeds my expectations and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking to establish a nomad lifestyle yet remain connected to their home network.

Even though there was a small hiccup in setting me up (because of my internet provider), once we got that resolved, Milan made time to schedule me the very next morning and got me set up. It was such a relief because I was flying out the next day after that and wanted everything set up before leaving. It was so easy and the 2 people I spoke with were so patient (as I'm not techy at all).

It does exactly what is meant to do, perfect solution for my needs, highly recommend it! Staff is great they walked me through the process of setting it up wonderfully.

The devices which they are offering very expensive. Same device at least 50-70% cheaper on the internet. And they charge extra for expedited technical support. There is other similar services who offer exact same device and service which is 50% less price than their price. I do not recommend

I purchased the economy service in June 2023 and they’ve been very helpful and responded quickly the few times I ran into issues. One of the best investments I’ve made as it’s allowed me to travel and work remotely internationally.

Everything was great. From the technician installing the product to the quality. I can actually make service calls through the Internet with no lag.

The support was great. Step by step instructions and easy to follow.
This was my first experience with this company and it's product and service.
I am actually considering upgrading if that is possible or just have a back up.

The tech was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They couldn't figure out why my VPN was so slow, despite having fast internet, but that's OK because extensive Googling and asking others didn't fix it, either. I'm assuming the routers just don't get as much speed as advertised, otherwise there's just some miscommunication between the devices somewhere.

Either way, the company is great! 10/10. I'd use them again if I needed to. :D

I have recently purchased the economy light package and I have had a great experience from start to finish. Delivery of the routers was fast, the set-up was very easy to follow. When trying to use the travel router abroad for the first time I encountered some issues and contacted the support team who responded and resolved my issue within 10 minutes. Overall a fantastic service, would highly recommend.
