We can’t thank our KCOM Account Manager, Shaun, enough for the amazing support he has given us as a small business recently.
Shaun has gone above and beyond to understand what we needed and make sure we had the right solutions in place. Firstly, he arranged for additional access points to be supplied and organised engineers to come out and install them, giving us much better connectivity throughout the whole salon. It has made a real difference to the day-to-day running of our business.
Shaun has also gone the extra mile by arranging for the KCOM marketing team to visit our salon to film and take professional photos, which will be used to promote both KCOM and The Hideaway. It’s fantastic to see a company not only providing a service, but genuinely taking an interest in supporting and promoting a small local business.
Nothing ever seems too much trouble for Shaun, and his communication, professionalism and willingness to help have been fantastic throughout. We’re extremely grateful for everything he has done for us and would happily recommend him and KCOM to other businesses.
