Charged for equipment they didn’t had
They charged me for a stair runner hand truck, at the time of pick up they didn’t had the equipment and did not remove the price from the bill.
I got a truck with back lift but the hand controller wasn’t working, we had to go out of the platform to operate it.
Way more expensive than other companies, but the were the only one with availability of the truck I needed… I guess now I know why 🥲

Bad experience.
Overall the rental was a good experience. The only issue is that the Kav team is not responsive by email after the rental is over. This takes it from 5 starts to 1 star.
Shame.

I rent a van here and it was an awsome…
I rent a van here and it was an awsome experience! they gave me a card that I returned the van after 5pm and put it in their parking.
The van was an electric brand new one and totally cost me 115 for one day with all extra insurance and milage.
