Horrible experience, a celebration ruined by incompetent customer service. Honestly the worst I've had anywhere. Not rude, just so slow and disorganised. How long does it take to serve an icecream and... See more

Kaspa’s Bolton
Kaspa’s Bolton - just been served a pineapple “smoothie” which was basically, chunks of ice. You’re better off ordering tap water. Ridiculous service to go with it. Absolutely not bothered about the opinion of the Customer. No replacement or refund. The last £25 I waste at this place!

Kaspas Longwell Green Bristol
Kaspas Longwell Green Bristol.
Just like to inform you that the deserts I had with my family today were awful. The crepes were tough and I couldn't cut them with a knife. I couldn't have a coffee as there was no milk.
Terrible experience.

Do not go to Kaspa’s romford
I have been to Kaspa’s many times and 9 times out of 10, all of the workers have been acting extremely sour and rude towards the customers with annoyed looks and not very friendly. They have messed up my order and forgot about drinks, so I reminded them on my drinks and it was only until the 3rd reminder until they decided to comply! Ridiculous! Do not recommend going to Romford Kaspa’s as all workers are rude. Only nice experience was the food once it arrived.

The worst experience I’ve ever had
The worst experience I’ve ever had! Went in to purchase 2 crepes, the person taking our order Hassan walked off when taking the order, to then return forgetting what was ordered. They eventually managed to take the order but when it arrived the crepe was inedible, chewy and didn’t taste anything like a crepe! I went Called the manager over to raise the issue for him to just walk off before I could even explain my self!! I then had it go to the till to ask for my receipt to find out detail to make a complaint. I’ve eaten I kaspers many many time and it’s always been amazing but Plymouth branch was bloody awful! Couldn’t even get a refund

Cooked desserts are cold
Visited for the first time with children.
Large selection on menu. Easy to find.
Service very slow. Largely due to being understaffed. Common problem.
My waffle was cold.
Table tops not cleaned.
Staff polite. Certainly had more decorum than the local Hull populace that poured in tanked up.
Prices average.
We won't rush back.

Don’t order delivery from Kaspas Worthing!
Tried to order via Deliveroo from the Worthing Kaspas. The order kept being delayed and the Deliveroo riders kept waiting as the restaurant and the leaving because the order wasn’t ready. Waited over an hour and gave up. Asked for a refund. Not sure what Kaspa’s were doing but they definitely didn’t have their act together!

KASPAS
KASPAS - DOVER. The rudest staff I have ever met! But no wonder they’re so rude with the rudest owners as guidance, I went in store with my daughter no welcome or smiling when this is supposed to be a family friendly establishment, absolutely not friendly as I walked up to order the lady just stared at me rather than asked what I’d like so I presumed she was ready to take my order as she just stared at me while at the till so I went to speak to which she just turned around to who I now know as the owner and started talking among each other in another language completely ignored me! I said excuse me they continued to laugh and joke like I wasn’t even standing there! Awful behaviour and absolutely will never go again and I will tell everyone about my experience, I will also tell about how to the cakes are stale and rock hard!

Plymouth Branch - Shocking service!
This is regarding the Plymouth branch. I have never written a complaint to any company before but I feel that the company should be aware of the service myself and my friend received on Tuesday 9th April in your Plymouth branch. This was our first visit. After deciding what myself and my child wanted we went up the counter to order, I was first in the queue and started my order with a oreo cookie dough dessert and then asked for other items including drinks and cake etc... But was told they had no stock of these (which I know is not their fault at all but on a week day in the school holidays and we were one of only a handful of people in the branch you would think they would have the stock) however that's not the issue, after being told I couldn't have 90% of my order I said, OK please cancel that cookie and I will go back to my table and we will make new choices and be back in a few minutes, I returned to my table as stated. In the mean time my friend went up to place her order for herself and her child, she ordered a strawberry crepe, a J20, an Americano coffee (which was cold) and a triple chocolate cake with ice cream. She was charged over £25 for this. She c back to our table and I then went back up to place my order, 1 oreo cookie dough, 1 rose bubble tea with no bubbles and 1 kinder bueno milkshake. I was charged just over £17. Neither of us were given our receipts nor were we asked if we wanted one they just took the 2 payments and walked away, not even a thank you. A few minutes later our food amd drink was brought to our table and there was 2 oreo cookie doughs and I said, we only ordered 1 of these, the man serving us walk away with the extra one, a few minutes later returned still holding it and put it on our table and said "You ordered this" I said no I only ordered one, I did cancel my original order and walked away so he could serve the next person and asked for my original order to be cancelled which he clearly didn't do, but to make matters worse he then begrudgingly took the oreo cookie dough away again and as we had no receipt I had to add up our order on my phones calculator off the menu prices, I turned out my friend who placed a completely separate order to me was charged for the extra oreo cookie dough, the one that should have been cancelled at my request was added to the next person in the queues bill who luckily was my friend so we could work this out. She returned to the counter to explain the mistake and ask for a refund of that oreo cookie dough that we assume had now been thrown away. They actually argued with her saying "You ordered this!" which she most certainly did not do. They did eventually refund her but the manor in which she was spoken to and the overall customer service was dreadful! This was an awful first impression on Kaspas and we would not be keen to return.

Kaspas - Swansea
Absolutely poor service experienced today at the Swansea branch. Ordered one crepe, one waffle and two milkshakes. Our milkshakes came out almost instantly! 2 minutes later the crepe had been presented to us. No sign of the waffle. Not even 30 minutes later was there any sign of the remaining order. Mentioned it to the staff and was told that the ticket hadn’t printed from the machine. How did my milkshake come to the table if the ticket never printed then? No apologises…nothing. Majority of the other staff are just stood behind the counter doing nothing! Absolutely poor service and I will not be returning!

The quality of food is subpar to the average cost of each item. Its understandable that the menu has gotten more expensive over the years I've been coming, but you'd also think that the quality of food would also increase.
It's a nice place to come as a treat but miss when a waffle was less than £7
Also I think it's bit rude when your eating that your coming over with A4 sign and leaving it on the table hassling us to do a review, your not going to get nice review when you bother people. Maybe get a small A5 paper that you hand over when we go to pay?

Reading Branch...Multiple Rude unhelpful staff - particularly rude short male staff member with an attitude, could barely pour a glass of milk. Definitely not family friendly so I wouldn't take them based of that experience.
