Horrible experience, a celebration ruined by incompetent customer service. Honestly the worst I've had anywhere. Not rude, just so slow and disorganised. How long does it take to serve an icecream and... See more

Reading Branch...Multiple Rude unhelpful staff - particularly rude short male staff member with an attitude, could barely pour a glass of milk. Definitely not family friendly so I wouldn't take them based of that experience.

Worst experience ever
Ordered a delivery from ilford branch y son had ordered it came to 40 pound for a treat with he’s first wage packet after hour nothing then we got a message they had delivered !!! How could they deliver you have to give a code to the driver to get your order but on this occasion no one asked for a code. Phoned restaurant to let them know to be met by a colleague who sounded like he was answering from home with he’s kids running around he was so rude he’s attitude was tough it’s been delivered !!! You had it but we hadn’t I said we will come shop collect our order then he said no it’s been delivered !!! Again we told them you have had 40 pound food to another address we out of pocket at your staffs negligence again we was dismissed and told well one of them things nothing you can do your got your stuff again we said but we ain’t we was then told don’t bother going to the shop there’s nothing you can do basically tough and don’t ring us again !!! The man was so rude and how can you find it adequate behaviour of your staff I emailed a complaint and was met with a load of old crap about your sorry it’s not our responsibility as you had it delivered !!! Really easy to pass the buck but should be your job to make sure that the food gets delivered correctly and to the right address and has for the comment thanks for being a loyal customer are you really joking me !!! It’s first time I had ordered or my son and after the disgusting behaviour and attitude of your staff with no compassion I will never be ordering again and will take my business to another alternative dessert place who do deliver and care for there customers and make sure there customers are happy terrible experience and staff need training

Jokers!!!!
£10 for a ‘sundae’, it came in a small plastic cup, maybe two scoops of ice cream, some sauce and some cream. Absolute rip off. Then they charge you £3 for a small lemonade and £3 for a small appetiser. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves, absolute robbery

Allergy practice WARNING
Ordered a peach boba tea with lychee boba, clearly stated on their allergen page as NOT Containing dairy . The drink came, curdled and hot (never ever had a boba tea hot before!) I took it back and the woman said oh it looks like that as it has creamer in it , and I said not according to your allergen page ! She argued that it does , and then she said she will make a lychee one , so I said well no, because the peach doesn't contain milk either , and it's curdled because you've put creamer in it, she then chatted to another colleague and realised her mistake but said she would make another one but it will be the same outcome ! I said I don't trust you, and I'd like a bottled drink instead, which she gave 2 J20's for .
This is highly dangerous practice and I believe against the law to be putting allergens in products that state they are free from that allergen. Thankfully my daughter didn't drink it anyway, it looked like frothy mud that was boiling hot !
What was much worse , was after this, whilst eating her Sorbet , also free from milk allergens , we discovered it was contaminated with chocolate towards the bottom.
This makes me concerned for the general food safety and hygiene here and for that , be very careful if you dine here .

Rubbish Delivery Service!
Ordered from Kaspas today but I’m afraid illiterate people work there. They never get the order right!! On top of that they sent 1/4 of the order! How stupid can the staff be! Now I have to order from Creams! Then get a refund from Just Eat!
Sort yourselves out Kaspas’s - even your telephone is disconnected! How can anyone contact you? Or maybe that’s the point that you’re uncontactable!

I took my children and nephew for desert and before ordering asked about nut allergy as I am severely allergic. The man that also called himself as a manager assured me there was no nuts in the sauce. After one mouthful I knew straight away as My lips started to swell and throat began to close up. he then come up with the allergen menu and said sorry there is nuts in that sauce!!! Well it was to late. we had to rush out of there with my children not even able to finish their desert so I could get medical attention!! the arrogance of these people. never go to kaspas!!!! Tried to kill their customer

Ipswich kaspas
Ipswich kaspas. Disappointing. Anti climax and not the best. Too busy, felt rushed and listening it was evident that we weren't the only table where the order was wrong. Waffle cold where I'd normally have warm.

Unplanned visit today with my young children
Nicely presented desserts, but crepe was cold and chewy.
Staff weren’t very friendly.
Restaurant was completely empty but lots of tables dirty and uncleared while staff sat behind the till on their phone.
Toilets absolutely stinking of cigarette smoke but no customers so must have been the staff going out the back to smoke.
Really bad smell.
Baby changing unit very unsafe and hinges very loose, not safe for babies.
Would never go again

While Kaspas stands out as an…
While Kaspas stands out as an enchanting family destination, particularly in the heart of Swindon, it's imperative to shed light on certain areas that warrant thoughtful consideration. One aspect demanding immediate attention is the cleanliness quotient within the premises, which regrettably falls short of the anticipated standard. The wear and tear on the ceramic plates not only compromise the overall aesthetic charm but also raise conspicuous questions about hygiene. This underscores a pressing need for the expedited replacement of these plates, not only to elevate the visual appeal but, more importantly, to ensure an environment that meets the stringent cleanliness expectations of its discerning patrons.
The worn-out plates, with their visible signs of age, inadvertently cast a shadow on what is otherwise a beautiful family-friendly haven. Addressing this issue goes beyond cosmetic improvements; it's a vital step toward fostering an atmosphere of trust and satisfaction among guests who frequent such establishments, particularly those with families. I would also consider investigating whether continuous use in a dishwasher may have contributed to the accelerated wear of these plates.
Furthermore, the occasional lag in the responsiveness of the staff is another concern that merits attention. While acknowledging the inherent challenges of managing peak periods, the essence of a family-oriented establishment lies in the seamless and efficient service it provides. A prompt and attentive staff not only complements the overall dining experience but also reflects the establishment's commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
In conclusion, despite Kaspas' undeniable charm as a family destination, addressing these concerns pertaining to cleanliness and staff responsiveness is pivotal. By doing so, Kaspas has the opportunity not only to remedy existing issues but to elevate its standing, ensuring a consistently delightful experience for families and patrons alike. Striving for excellence in these aspects will undoubtedly solidify Kaspas' reputation as a premier family destination in Swindon and beyond."

Collected crepes and waffles
Collected crepes and waffles. The crepe’s had no bananas, not a big deal but my daughter spent a total of £36.10
Thought I would message them being the banana topping is an extra 95p. Told I could not take it further as it was delivered..no it was collected, provided receipt..still wanted proof of no bananas 🤣🤣…did we take photos of crepes?
I messaged back no, oh sorry cannot take it further as we did not take photo. Absolute joke , why would I go to all this trouble for £1.90?
