Considering I haven’t collected my car…
Considering I haven’t collected my car yet and it won’t be available until next Wednesday 7/10/2026 due to your collection department, I am not impressed. Apparently the dealer inquired as well as to what caused the delay. I keep getting messages on how I am enjoying my new car.

Those messages should not have been sent before collection, and we will review why this happened. SCAM! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
My dad has had a really awful experience!
Put down a £500 deposit after talking to someone over the phone regarding a truck,was advised it was reserved etc and dad was waiting to here when it would be dropped off,
He was told he needed to pay £2,000 as part of the deposit and it could be delivered to him
Tried to send the money over via bank transfer and his bank kept bouncing it back so he rang the bank and they advised it’s a scam and not to transfer the money over after researching the company and checking bad reviews,
They advised to my dad if he really wanted the truck to go along with a solicitor & lawyer,
The company are refusing to give my dad his £500 back so I will be chasing this to make sure he gets that money back.
