The staff were helpful and efficient. All my medicines were ready for collection. I would recommend this branch for patients to use.

For many many years my family including myself have been getting our prescriptions from Kamsons pharmacy in Mitcham. And from day one the staff have been very friendly and accommodating. The staff would always sort out issues making our lives easier. The staff would even send us a text reminder when the medication is ready. We have never been let down. Very efficient.

Excellent service from the Pharmacist and all the staff. Very many thanks. The advice from Helen the Pharmacist is always helpful and informative.

Went to kamsons Fulbeck way Durrington Worthing to order my mothers prescription and spoke to pharmacist Shams to explain that I had not been well and my. Mum medication had not been ordered He very promptly did an urgent script for her and was able to take with me Amazing service Thank you I work with urgent care and will definitely be using this pharmacy when able to Thank you

This pharmacy at Highcliffe Med Centre has died a death in the last few years! I used it regularly from 2020-22 and it was then brilliant with very helpful staff and no cockups. I then stopped having prescriptions for a few years but in the last few months have had to resume the taking of previous medication and have found the staff mostly snotty and unhelpful leading to misunderstandings and mishaps. Today, a particularly snotty and creepy female assistant with short blond curly hair did not ask me if I wanted to reorder the same medication, and when I asked about reordering she was really unhelpful! When I asked quite politely if I needed to take the prescription slip of paper home with me, she said 'Do you want me to reorder it, or not!!!' Couldn't she have just said 'No, actually I need the slip of paper to do the reordering' or something like it. Am I, as a customer, supposed to be an expert on how the pharmacy and reordering etc. operates??? Sadly, this particular assistant with a bad attitude also works in the other Kamsons on Lymington Rd, so no escape! I can not believe the dire transition that has oocured at that chemist in recent years. No wonder they are making so many mistakes which I have found to be the case since resuming getting prescriptions in the last few months!

Best pharmacy in Sittingbourne. Prescription ready in a matter of minutes and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I went into Shopwyke, Chichester branch is pain as I couldn't get to a doctor. I was given great advice and reassurance sold and appropriate product which solved problem. The staff were great and Libby took time to explain and advise. So glad I went in there.

We visited the play this evening to get advice for my daughters ear, we saw Fiona who was very helpful and friendly with both myself and my daughter,
She explained what she was doing at all times and why and put my upset daughter at ease.

very knowledgeable pharmacist who was very efficient and prompt service offered and gave appropriate advice and medication for my condition. Staff were also very friendly.

We changed to Kamsons Broadwater having received slow and unreliable service from another pharmacy and are glad we did.

The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

If we have a question, the staff are more than happy to help. It's great that we receive a text telling us when our medication is ready for collection.

Helpful and polite advice so friendly

Really helpful and friendly. Stacie really looks after and listens to me. She is very knowledgeable, I always get what i need from them and feel so much better when i leave.

It is unfortunate when patients are polite and respectful towards the staff but when one is at the receiving end from an abrupt, uncaring and somewhat rude person it is most disappointing.
I simply wanted to enquire to whether my prescription was ready and when I asked politely if it could be delivered I was asked in a rude manner "Well Why's that " as if I had said something to offend,
I had to explain I had hurt my ankle and was answered with a disappointing " Well ok but it won't be till the next day " which I was completely fine with.
I absolutely agree that one shouldn't be rude to any staff in any service provided but when you are spoken to in a disagreeable manner from the start it is most upsetting.
Incidentally my partner who is extremely polite also had the same treatment.
Customer care on the phone or in person should be part of the training for staff who are required to deal with the public.
Be respectful towards others and they in return will be respectful to you.

Always sympathetic response to calls. Swift action when dealing with emergency prescriptions. Medical problem at 8.00 am, dealt with by surgery and tablets delivered within hours. Thank you Kamsons Rustington brilliant customer service cannot thank you enough 🏆

Lovely staff, very helpful and fast paced making my visit nice and easy!!

Kamsons are at the same location as our surgery and provide a regular and reliable routine prescription.

Kamsons help and have given advise on prescription or non-prescription medication.

In this case they were able to resolve difficulties of elderly patients in dealing with smartphone enquiries from GP.

Working as a team with the Pulborough practice they were able to get a same day solution to medication issues and pinpointing statin doseage might be an problem.

Statin prescription dose has been decreased and alternative supplementary medication provided without the need for a delayed consultation with our GP.

Had the most wonderful experience at the stones cross store in Eastbourne. A lovely lady behind the counter called Sue was so helpful and knowledgable. I will definitely use this store again. Great service.

Had a consultation with the pharmacist and was prescribed antibiotics. Very professional, considerate and straight forward.

Would not dispense a prescription due to pharmacist not having a replacement.
