Don't respond. Promised to supply oods or refund absolutely nothing just lies blamed UPS Couriers said they were waiting for a response total lies
Updated refund being processed so hopefully all OK
Shame about this as their prices are really good just the Photospecialist website needs attention makes it difficult also watch the stock make sure they have the goods
When I get refund may well try again for my Binoculars as I said before good prices and I am a pensioner so need a v

Indeed my confidence in the solution offered made me order again so I trust it will all work out in the end and I therefore retract my unkind remarks
