Last week, I bought a Nikon Z50 @ Kamera Express in Mechelen. I plan to get started with a Digitial Photography course in September and needed a camera. I presented what needed and got a 1 hour explanation to help me with my final choice. That kind of client-service is getting very rare these days. And in the end, what I had to pay for the camera was no more then the cheapest offer on the Internet. Thank you Kamera-Express Mechelen for the fantastic service and guidance.

I visited the store in Mechelen, to replace my old Canon 350D camera with a new one. I doubted between Canon 90D en EOS R. The shop assistant gave me to the point advise and answers to my questions. Together we decided to go for the EOS R. The shop is easy te locate and personnel is very friendly en has knowledge on the articles they sell.

I went to buy a new Canon DSLR at Foto Nelissen in Mechelen and at the same time trade in my old DSLR. I already got a quotation for the trade-in by email.
I was welcomed in a very friendly way and the whole processing (checking my old DSLR, explaining the features of the new one, checking out) went very smooth and professional.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a lens and they had it in another shop, they called me a few days later and everything went fine. I got there good advices for my lens.

Traded in my Canon R6 for a Canon R5. I also have the RF 100-500mm lens + RF 1.4 extender.
The animal eye tracking and the overall autofocus is really fast and fantastic for birds in flight images (even better than the R6). The extra resolution of the R5 sensor offers a lot more possibilities for cropping the bird images. Great service as always from the Kamera Express team.
