I recently traded various lenses and cameras at the Evere store for a new Sigma 100-400 lens. There was a bit of haggling over the trade-in values compared to what I had been quoted by email. But the value I was given was very fair. Kamera Express offers a good range of equipment at competitive rpices. Recommended.

After an exchange of my D5mIV for a R5, I decided to go for 2 new RF lenses: the RF24-70 and the RF100-500. And boy are these stunning: extreme quality and extraordinary results in combination with the R5. Kamera Express Turnhout was once again a superb supplier with excellent service. And on top of this all: 5 years of guaranty on all equipment. KE, once again, thanks and keep up the good work !

My experience with Kamera Express is great! always a topservice. Now I bought the canon R5 through leasing, the process went well and quickly. In less then a week I was able to pick up the camera.

I purchased a hi spec drone case for my Phantom 4 pro in. Aug 2020. The price was 33% lower than any other perhaps because it's an old big phantom so not as popular. Anyway, the case arrived 6 weeks later (would have been quicker in a non Covid world no doubt).
All seemed well for a week of so, then I noticed foam particles on my drone. The foam was disintegrating.
Having contacted the case manufacturer, they admitted it was a design error and said to contact my supplier for a free of charge replacement.

Well after 8 months I finally did get my replacement foam insert. Thank you Kamera Express for seeing this through under the difficult Covid circumstances at the moment.
It did take a lot of my time chasing via emails but I got there in the end. I cannot blame KE for this part issue as it was an old stocked item from their supplier that had not been replaced. And probably why it was reduced by 33%!

Usually I go to the store in Antwerp. They are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a new camera, Sony. They could show me some available models, but the one I wanted to buy was only available via online. First expierence with their online shop was very nice and correct. Ordered camera on friday evening, and on saturday afternoon I was already trying out the execellent camera. Thank you for the good support. You have a great team.

I had a really nice experience at Kamera-Express Antwerpen, the seller helped me find a camera that suits my needs, they were very friendly and professional. All the products and accessories that I needed for my new camera Sony alpha6400 were available with a variety of options. I would totally recommend this place and of course I will be back!

Excellent service with good advice in 3 languages, very helpful, no rush or pressure. I bought 2 lenses and a backpack and am very happy with the products. Top quality, massive stock and all very upfront and trsutworthy.

I ordered a camera for my 13y old son that was out of stock. The first weeks I was twice assured the product would be available for shipping the next week, without result or any update/notification. Then I was told they had no idea when it would be back in stock, saying the manufacturer was at fault. I had to contact them myself for an update on several occasions as they never contacted me proactively. Even when they promised to give me an update by a specific date (at the latest) during my last contact with customer service, I received nothing and had to follow up myself 9 days after the date on which they promised to get back to me at the latest. I eventually got the camera 9 weeks after placing the order, more than 2 weeks after the date which I specifically told them the camera was required (for a vacation). An email expressing my dissapointment was replied with an email blaming the manufacturer, busy times, etc. The customer service was very dissapointing and below par- hopefully the camera will have been worth the wait.

I was overall satisfied with the service offered by Kamera Express. The seller took his time to speak with me and discuss various products before I finally made my choice. I would just prefer though there is a better connection between the shops and the delivery services as there seems to be no way of contact between the 2 when a customer wants to do an inquiry about his order.

I contacted Kamera Express customer service to buy Philips 55OLED854 and they helped me with every question within an hour. Fast reply, clear communication. Overall great services, good quality products at the best prices.

I bought a Sony a7II, 3 lenses and some accessories and everything was safely packed and arrived very quickly even if it was during the Black Friday week. Definitely going to buy there again!

Fast delivery, no fuss!

I was looking to buy a good quality, compact camera but I wasn't sure which model to buy. Unfortunately, because of the Covid-19 lockdown and store closures in Belgium at this time (November 2020), it was impossible to visit a store normally. Even with restrictions, the staff at the Evere (Brussels) store was able to help me on the phone and direct me to cameras online that fit my budget and requirements. I especially want to mention Luc, a sales associate at the Evere store. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The price for the camera was very reasonably priced and I felt confident that I was buying a camera from a reputable and professional store.
