Not professional tire fitter and not appropriate equipment for weels allineament track not good job ...

Prompt fitting with courteous service again.
Would be better with SMS confirmation that tyres on site ready for fitting, and printing wheel nut torque setting on the invoice like you used to.

Ordered van tyre instead of car tyre by mistake. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful refunded the cost of the tyre immediately. Would recommend tmis site .

Easy booking online with a choice of tyres available for our vehicle within a couple of days. Easy to get to. Book in was simple & my order was ready to start work on time. Slight issue with the initial fitting in that the wheel weight was placed in the wrong position, resulting in a knocking noise as I drove away. When I realised, I turned round & went straight back to the garage, who apologised & fixed the issue there & then. Staff were all friendly.

Competitive price for 4 x Michelin primacy 4 all fitted within the hour.
I like the idea of ordering on line & booking an appt. Didn't mark my alloys when taking the wheel nut out unlike the last place I used. Like that they use a proper torque wrench to tighten them correctly.

I originally went to Just Tyres in order to have all 4 tyres replaced, and as part of the deal, Ash agreed to do free tracking. As things turned out, they were only able to obtain 2 tyres of the right size, and so I had to go to another company for replacement of the remaining 2. Ash agreed to honour the promise of free tracking, which I felt was very commendable, especially as only 2 of the 4 tyres were provided by them. Would I go to Just Tyres again? Yes, without hesitation!

Very well organised. Easy to book and pay. Reasonable price. Tyre change less than 30 mins. Helpful friendly greeting. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Great service and east to book tyres and cheaper

Was advised that tracking needed adjustment so agreed to have it done. However, the garage completely messed up the alignment with the steering wheel several degrees out when the car was driving straight. Returned 4 times to have the issue fixed and each time, the garage messed it up and could not correct their mistakes. Eventually had to get a refund and now need to find a garage that can actually do the job properly. Probably wasted 4 or 5 hours and many miles back and forth to the garage to try and resolve. Won't be using this service again.

Quick service, friendly, price was good

Excellent service from these guys. Fitted 4 new tyres having booked an appointment online a few days earlier. Unlike other well known fitting outfits, Just Tyres had plenty of availability at a very competitive price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
