Great professional and courteous service, tyres changed in a jiffy and quickly on my way. And all for a bargain price.

Arrived for my appointment and the mechanic stopped a job he was doing and did repaired my puncture. Fixed quickly and half the price compared to Kwikfit down the road.

I needed three new tyres and tried this company as I thought a friend had used them before now. I'm not sure I liked the arrangement of selecting and buying the tyres online beforehand where you are lacking advice. I suppose you gain on price.
At the fitting I was informed my pressure sensors weren't working, (batteries flat) as shown on his little detector. Whereas I knew that at least one of them was, as that's how I knew the tyre was deficient. I was told that the sensors cost £90 each then "the lowest I can do them for is £80 each" I suspected this was over pricing and have since found out that's likely the case. You might be charged that much if the sensor alone were having to be fitted, incurring extra charges for removing the tyres etc. When I came to collect the car I was then told his card machine wasn't working and I would have to pay for the sensors in cash. The request for cash payment rang further alarm bells,

The tyre fitting was all OK, but I wouldn't go back again.

Unfortunately they advertised a service on their website which I booked an appointment date and time only to get a call on the morning of the appointment that the technician is away on holiday so will have to cancel this booking! Time wasting and inconvenience caused plus still waiting to get my refund as paid for this at the time of making this booking not impressed! They should have indicated on their website that this service was not available at this branch!

Really easy, unbeatable price, quick service.

Booked for a wheel alignment online at their Potters Bar location, waited 30mins past my booking time just to be told the wheel alignment guy hasn't been in for a while.

They refunded me for it hence why the 3 stars and not 1 or 2 stars, next time before confirming the booking, maybe check that you can actually do the job?

First visit. Got there early as my appointment was for 9.30. Both the guys present were very busy but efficient on what they doing and how.

They managed get my car tyres changed before my appointment time, which I was very impressed with.

They were unable to complete the 4 wheel alignment but they explained why and they would process a refund for this on Monday as my appointment was for a Saturday. They followed this up by advising places I could visit to get this completed, which I did.

Again both the guys working, forgotten the names were great and extremely polite. Appointment was for 9.30 21st March.

Ordered tyre online. Great service when I turned up to have it fitted it. Tyre was ordered in. All went smoothly. Friendly person on Saturday afternoon.

Very quick and professional replacement tyre service. 2 front new tyres balanced and replaced in less than 15 minutes. Car drives like a dream. Just Tyres will be my first call when I need new tread.

I booked and paid for two Pirelli tyres and a wheel alignment. On arriving for my appointment I was told the wheel alignment couldn’t be done because the specialist guy wasn’t working that day. As the branch wasn’t local for me, returning the next day wasn’t convenient so I asked for a refund of the alignment cost only, to which the branch manager advised that I would have to request that from central customer service.

I called said customer service and was told that my request would have to be “considered” - to which I naturally asserted that this wasn’t an unreasonable request and I expected a prompt refund. I also then emailed customer service to formalize this in writing.

One week later I have yet to receive a response to my call and email or any refund. Utterly unacceptable service from a business purporting to be a reputable operator, and which means I shall.never return to Just Tyree, which appears to be a totally disreputable underhand company.

Price and service

I turned up ten minutes before opening/my time slot 8-30. Was acknowledged with good morning Sir by both members of Staff on duty. They worked well together and had me politely away with Have a good weekend Sir. Couldn't believe that I was only there 20 minutes for the 2 Tyres. Really well organised.

I booked an appointment online to have two tyres fitted and the service I received was excellent. Great customer service!
