Ordered tyres online via Just Tyres. Very competitive price, and very helpful professional staff.
More so this is my go to tyre garage in Potters Bar as Manager Jayden is super helpful, super efficient and delivers excellent customer service. I bring all my family’s vehicles here and I have recommended colleagues and friends to this branch

Proper dodgy staff member I ask for a tire to get repaired and that I can only pay with a credit card the manager said it was fine after they inspected the tire they tried to sell me an over price tire at a inflated price I refuse told them to put the spare tire on the technician said to me that card machine is not working at the moment but I have already stated when I arrive I only have card only technician was getting very aggressive saiding he done all this work for nothing trying to twist my words in the end I paid by card and the manager was trying to not provide me with a receipt proper dodge people

trying to steal their employers money by accepting cash and not providing receipts stay right away Potter bar brunch

Great deal on tyres and very quick and efficient

I booked through a third party. The fitting appointment was confirmed in the morning however, when attending, I waited for 40minutes before they told me that they couldn't fit my tyres because the booking was not on the system, despite them having a printout of my order.
The staff member was rude. He kept telling the ringing phone to 'f@?k off' and wasn't at all inclined to help resolve what was clearly a clerical issue.

After about an hour, I left, without the tyres that I had paid for and that were on site. I have had to request a refund from the third party as I am not in a position to return another day.

No apologies were offered by the garage. Just kept telling me to return the following day. Really poor customer service.

The fitter was very helpful, friendly and professional. Job well done on all fronts.

Great experience, quick service and excellent value. Pleased I chose just tryes, having not been before. Had 2 front tyres and front wheel alignment/tracking done. Potters bar branch, thanks very much. Will revisit in future.

I was going to go to one of the big chains but no one could help for at least 4 days, which was a pain because the car is on run-flats and therefore have no spare which meant I was off the road til I could get it fixed.
Then I came across JustTyres who could do the job the next day. Professional, courteous, job was done in 10 minutes and I was able to get on with my day as I'd planned

I needed four new tyres, and Just Tyres made the whole process incredibly easy. The staff were friendly from the moment I arrived, and they had the job done in under 20 minutes. No fuss, no long wait—just efficient, professional service. Highly recommended if you want a quick and straightforward tyre change.

The boys work so hard and run a good service with no fuss attitude .
They obviously need support from management and the premises needs a refurb but Jayden and Cameron are excellent fitters and work fast and efficiently .
