Outstanding service
My wheel and tyre was damaged by a pothole. I went to just tyres in Buckingham for a repair. They could not have been more helpful. Roger offered a variety of ways to help and as the wheel had been damaged and needed to be sent away for reshaping I would be without a car for two days. Roger even delivered my car back to me after he had finished work. THANK YOU

Wrecked a tyre and buckled a wheel on one of Buckinghamshires disgraceful roads. Roger found an exact replacement tyre and arranged for the alloy to be repaired at a great saving over a replacement. Great service and thanks to Roger and his team.

These guys were fantastic!
The guys at the Buckingham branch were polite, helpful, friendly and so fast!! I was in and out in 30 minutes and got £25 in vouchers too, all around a great service. Will be back, especially if voucher offer is on again :-)

Dropped the keys off and picked up the car a couple of hours later, no issues. In and out.

Poor service
Arrived for pre booked 14:30 appointment for two tyres to be fitted and aligned. Was advised they had to finish car in front before I could get into garage. Waited another half hour and then they thought they might jack my car up outside which they did. Once they started the staff kept going off, talking to mechanics next door, vaping, unloading tyres from deliveries. I eventually got my car fixed two hours later and left at 16:30
No apology for delay. If they had worked continuously on it then it could have been done in 30-45 minutes at the longest. Not impressed and Would not use again

Work can very occasionally take longer than expected which means appointments can be delayed, however we ask staff to keep our customers informed of this if it does occur. I am sorry that you encountered delays with your fitting, this is certainly not the normal level of service that we expect and it will be raised with the Divisional Manager to identify if we need to carry out additional training to avoid this issue again in the future Thank you
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling, will never use again. Ordered on line 3 days in advance.
Arrived at time slot told it would be an hour. Then couldn’t find my order. Then the tyres were not even there.
14 mile round trip two cars as I thought as before there might be an issue with the time.
Offered next day fitting early was at work. Again no tyres had arrived although had been told they would be there. Had to go for another brand. No proper apology not even a reduction for time and cost wasted.
Not a one off this but will be my last visit for me family and friends.
