Friendly and efficient service
Friendly and efficient service.
I arrived for a pre-booked visit, was immediately asked to park up in the fitting bay. I left the car while I visited the nearby supermarket. By the time I returned the tyres were fitted and the wheel nuts were hung torqued to manufacturer specifications. In and out in 15 minutes.

Don't book an early appointment!
Booked an 8.30 appointment, the person that opened up didn't arrive until 8.36. I gave them a few minutes after they opened the shutters before walking over so that they didn't feel pressured. As I approached the door I could see waving arms but nothing else as the light was reflecting off the glass to be met with "can you give me 5 minutes" in a loud rude tone. Didn't even offer to let me sit inside as it was a cold morning. A better response would have been "sorry can you please take a seat and I will be with you in about 5 minutes " with a smile. I had no problem giving them extra time but he was rude and looked like he had an argument with someone that morning. I have been going to this Just Tyres for years and always found them nice so this is disappointing. On the plus side the Tyres have been fine!

For Once, a Tyre Fit Service with Customer Service Communication Skills
I had a specialised problem with the wheel/tyre that took some explaining. The guys were quick, efficient, empathic and helpful. Often, very often, at tyre fit places, you are greeted with by a surly person with no social skills. These guys tuned in straight away, were fast and efficient and the price was less than I expected. I now have a place I can reliably use with confidence. A chap called Steve was particularly helpful at navigating me through the options.
