Two new tyres, two new chips to my wheels
Chips to my both wheels I had tyres changed on, the damage is in exactly the same place on both wheels. I take care of my car and wheels, there was NO damage to the wheels before I went to Just Tyres. The argument got heated I left as I had my daughter, contacted customer support. A local manage came to visit and confirmed that it wasn’t them it’s my wheels, I had pictures of before and after but he said “well that could be taken any time” photo has a timestamp. I didn’t argue anymore, other than take a photo seconds before and look at the wheels with the engineer, they don’t see a case. I will not be using them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and so it was disappointing to read your comments. Having discussed with the team involved our Divisional Manager is confident that the issue has not been caused by our tyre fitting equipment. Terrible service at Bletchley branch
Terrible service at Bletchley branch. I ordered a tyre on Saturday and was told it would be in the following Monday so arranged to call in to have it fitted Tuesday morning. I arrived first thing to be told "it hadn't come in and we don't know when it will" Thanks for nothing. Useless.

Fantastic service, showed me the screw in the tyre, explained what they were doing with the machinery as I was watching. Two very friendly and personable tyre fitters.

Check out the website before you go as…
Check out the website before you go as the same tyre was £30 more on the computer system in the depot than online. I ended up ordering 4 tyres online whilst standing in the Just Tyres office! Hence minus 1 star. Difference may have been delivery as the depot could get the tyres the next day (a Saturday), whilst the ones I ordered were only available Monday afternoon. As I could afford to wait I saved £120 using the website.
Apart from differences in price the guys did a great job - 5 stars for service.

Arron at the Bletchly site was most profficient in managing the operation. His team were courteous and helpful in replacing a tyre. I will certainly use them again by booking in on-line.
