Excellent professional service from Amersham again, car ready at time as promised

Last time we booked they said it would be best to book online, so we did so and booked appointment. Turned up and they didn’t have the tyres due to bank holiday deliveries. Said website shouldn’t have allows me to book. Told it was out of their control. It’s their website! Rebooked for a few days later and when we turned up they couldn’t find our booking. Tyres had thankfully arrived. Finally got fitted but for what should be straightforward made difficult.

Used Just Tyres twice this week to fit new front tyres to 2 cars. The work was done professionally to a high standard. The appointment times were kept with no waiting.

The team at Amersham provided a good customer experience. Replaced front tyres without any issues.
Appointment booked on line for 12.30, although the team were late starting the works the tyres were replaced within the hour.

Very quick and efficient. Did not gave to wait more than 20.mins from set time.e

Unfortunately, my 1000 booking did not start for over an hour. Otherwise, good service.

Took 1 hr to change 2 small front tyres.
No other cars in garage. Just mine. So not busy.
Younger man was in training I think.
The man in charge was not very helpful or friendly at all.
The younger man was a bit more more personable.
Wont be using again. Sorry.

Was booked for 10am to get 3 tyres fitted, but the job wasn't completed until after 12pm. Great price for the tyres.

Good price on tyres and prompt appointment booked online. On the day the tyres were changed in a timely manner.

Good price. Great service. Only thing they did not do was to replace cable ties on wheel covers.

I did book an appointment, however the team didn't start working on my car as booked for 25 minutes.

What I particularly like about Just Tyres is there is no hard sell on he occasions I have used them.
On this occasion I ordered a tyre because it had gone completely flat in 3 days. I pumped it upto see if it would last long enough to get it to Just Tyres. It did hold up, permanently so I cancelled the online booking and was refunded promptly.

Online order for tyres and booked a time for replacement. All went as planned and the tyre service at Amersham was first class. The tyres I ordered price changed on the internet site during fitting period and I received appropriate rebate. Excellent all round service will recommend and us again.

Niall & the team were absolutely amazing helping me out in a pickle. Had a completely flat tyre on the school run. Limped to Just Tyres who looked at the tyre immediately even though they seemed busy. Needed a new tyre so they quickly whipped on the spare, ordered my new tyre & fitted it the next day. Made it to the school on time! Friendly & efficient:)

Dealt with promptly and effectively

Great service again from Just Tyres over in Amersham. From start to finish the lads were all welcoming, friendly and very polite. I even took the dog with me and off wee went down the side of the building where we found a park within 100yrds of Just Tyres. Got back from walk and everything was ready to go.

Tyre appointment booked for 09:00 on the 29th November, but already 3 cars in the workshop. A problem also arose as the 2 tyres ordered and paid for were not there, just 1!! To cut a long story short, the workshop finally received the 2nd tyre around 17:30. the workshop operative did his best and to be fair his delivery docket showed only 1 tyre whereas I had paid and had an appointment to fit 2 new tyres!!!

Having used just tyres Amersham for many years 12 months ago I said I would never use them again , the staff were I polite , rude ,told me they would not let me drive my car away unless I purchased 4 tyres as they were worn but not illegal, the car only passed its MOT a few days b4 , I was also quoted an excessive price . my visit last Wednesday was totally different , different people , pleasant, polite, helpful and interested in in what they were doing . I only went back as I purchased on line and work opposite . If the present staff remain I and my family will continue to use the Amersham branch
