Good website and easy to use
Good website and easy to use. Gave me all the info I needed to choose the tyres I wanted. Ordering was a piece of cake and the fitting date perfect. Fitter was ready, no hanging about. Very good service and will definitely use again.

Top lads
Top lads ! 100% care was taken into changing my front two tyres making sure they didn't damage my alloys or car when jacking up [car is lowered ] and had a really friendly chat while fitting was taking place . I Will be using again and have told friends and family it's the place to go

Took my car to them for One tyre replacement
Car had been for recent MOT so other tyres were OK. Garage tried to sell me four tyres and told met they were unfit - then they treated me as a fool and tried to sell me wheel alignment for one wheel !!!
I took the car to a reputable garage who confirmed tyres were ok and when alignment done all tyres replaced
These cowboys tried to con me . They did the job of replacing tyre and that was fine but why do they think people are stupid and try and rip them off . To be fair one of the fitters worked out that we were not stupid and didn’t oversell
I won’t be using this company again

When replacing a tyre, we would expect our Centre staff to carry out a free tyre check and point out any signs of uneven wear, but not to try to forcefully sell any of our products and services that are not required, so we have raised this internally with one of our Divisional Managers. Visited this morning for an appointment, which I booked on-line to replace four tyres. Kyle, greeted me and explained everything in a professional and pleasant manner. He also directed me to an excellent local restaurant (Barracuda’s) for breakfast. All the work was completed within an hour and carried out to a high standard. Whilst the tracking was checked it did not require adjustment so no additional charge was applied (most welcome).

Your two chaps at Amersham were helpful…
Your two chaps at Amersham were helpful and once the new tyres were in from the supplier they quickly fitted them and did a good job. The only issue was that they were not able to give me the best quote when I got there and a list of best buys in the size I required, they were honest and said would get a better deal by buying on line, this is your management's fault the store should be able to give me your best price and options available. The two at the store could not be faulted, it's the senior management needs a shake up.

Wrong tyres, wrong day - and charged more!
After shopping around I chose Just tyres as the prices were competitive and the Amersham branch was a convenient location for me. I selected the appointment day & time that suited and paid upfront online (the appointment was Thursday at 16:30 which was two days away). I received no confirmation via email regarding my purchase and 2hrs before my appointment I received a call explaining my tyres had not been delivered to the garage, but would be there the following day (Friday). Having to move the appointment was inconvenient but as my MOT was booked for the Saturday I juggled my schedule. I called the garage directly the following day (my appointment day) to be told they still didn’t have the tyres, but they could arrive anytime. I arrived at the garage 15 mins before my appointment - still no tyres!! I had to ask to have them chased up, and after a few phone calls an an hour of waiting we established the wrong size tyres had been delivered that morning. The only tyres available to me were ‘their own brand’ at an additional cost to me of an extra £24.88 (on top of my original charge of £142.00). I asked for something to be done about the price but apparently they could not do anything and now as it was Friday afternoon and my MOT was booked for Saturday morning I felt I had been painted into a corner and had no other options. So after shopping around resulted in me paying 18% more for the wrong tyres on the wrong day and having to wait over an hour for the error to be worked out. The guys at the garage were polite but that is the least I would expect for the situation!

Having looked into the situation I can see that we were unfortunatley let down by our supplier and the original Bridgestone tyres ordered were not delivered on the expected date. Due to the situation you were in with your MOT due I understand that we offered an alternative but regrettably it was slightly more expensive. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of the delayed delivery and thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.
