Good experience
Good experience. Website easy to use. Shipping said 4-5 days but it took 5 days just for my order packaged and sent from the warehouse. I used the support to hear about the order and got fast response.
Bought a new racket and they where cheapest. Would recommend the site and will use it again.

New racket straight to Poland!
New racket arrived to me to Poland very fast! Looks amazing, and it's Siux in a very good price also. Can't wait to try it out on the padel court!

Selling and delivery was good
Selling and delivery was good. But the racket is very low quality for the price 150 euros). Unless you hit the ball in the center, the racket sound like hollow. No control at all. I have played with soft and also hard rackets for power. But none this racket that felt more like a cheap beach racket

Reliable store which provides all needed info

Regarding the delay of the Tactical rackets: these models are extremely limited and in high demand. To give our customers the opportunity to secure them as early as possible, we offer them as a Pre Order. This is the only reason the delivery took longer than a standard order.
About the welcome discount: the 10 percent discount does not apply to Tactical products. That is why my colleague was not able to apply it to your order. This is stated clearly in the terms of the promotion, but we understand the confusion and are always happy to explain.
We would genuinely like to resolve everything properly for you. You have placed three orders under the same name and we would prefer to discuss this directly so we can make sure you are satisfied with all of them.
