No return in Denmark
No return in Denmark, even with a danish website and the return for a par of shoes is 300.- dkk with post danmark. Never again I’ll buy from Just padel with the return policy.

I bought after watching a good few of the 1 minute padel reviews on YouTube so wanted to support. Order went great, delivered in a few days, communication was great. Racket is my new best friend. My only constructive criticism, the racket travelled far and is not cheap so would have liked to see a little more protective packaging in the box. Luckily it survived the trip without issues. Would buy again from them without thinking twice. Thanks

First time order to the UK
Ordered from this company for the first time, for delivery to the UK. Racket was a very good price, dispatched quickly, and arrived within a couple of days via FedEx.

When they say that purchases made before 10 PM are shipped the same day, that's not true. I made a purchase on Monday that wasn't shipped until Tuesday evening. When they say they try to deliver in two to four days, that's also a lie. By choosing a slower delivery service, I'll only receive my order next week. To meet deadlines, they should choose a faster service.

Due to an unusually high volume of orders, your purchase could unfortunately not be shipped the same evening and was dispatched the following working day. We understand that this is disappointing and apologise for the inconvenience.
The stated delivery timeframe of two to four working days is an estimate based on the carrier’s standard service and is not a guaranteed delivery time. Unfortunately, once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, we have limited influence on the exact delivery speed.
That said, we do understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. We continuously review our shipping partners and services to improve delivery speed and reliability where possible.

Extremely disappointing experience with JustPadel.com
My order was confirmed with free FedEx shipping but I never received tracking and had to chase them for an update 5 days after. They then blamed an “address error” (no house number) even though their system accepted the full address, and instead of proposing solutions they simply canceled the order and pushed me to place a new one. This inflexible attitude and poor communication completely eroded my trust, and I will not be ordering from them again.
