Refurbished laptop…
I bought a refurbished Acer laptop from justacer during COVID lockdown and it has been a very reliable piece of kit. Still working perfectly. Customer service was helpful too.

Ordered a refurbished Chromebook, it arrived next day in excellent condition, infact it looked brand new.. ive had it for 6 months now and its amazing and it was less than half price.
I ordered a replacement part for a monitor.
When it arrived it was not the correct part. Upon re-confirming the monitor details I've been told they do not stock part I need.
I then found out I will not be refunded the postage returning the wrong part. This is despite it being their mistake of sending me the wrong thing in the first place.
Overall I'm very frustrated that it's taken so much time to establish they don't have the part and that I've lost money because of their mistake.
I APOLOGISE TO THE GENUINE ACER COMPANY FOR PREVIOUS FEEDBACK RELATING TO 'JUSTACER.CO.UK' AS I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT BOTH COMPANIES WERE LINKED.
Having recently purchased a refurbished laptop including the work completed prior to purchase which did not in any way relate to the information I was given by the seller, I and after many telephone conversations and emails, decided to demand a refund.
Due to the ongoing difficulties attempting to identify the cause and truth to the different descriptions, I was repeatedly advised that various departments were not communicating with each other. One call was actually diverted to India?
I also requested a goodwill gesture to be included in my refund, this was denied.
I will never deal with this company again.
I finally as a DIY experiment, replaced the HD on my old Acer with an SSD and am so pleased that it actually works better and faster than when first purchased.
