The last 4 different flavours of the…banana, apple gummie and blueberry blast.
The last 4 different flavours of the vapehub3 all are definitely noticeable with a very burnt taste, not even the first time, before charging, they aren't even consumable. I thought it may have been a bad batch but has happened last 3 orders. I have found a site's where vapes are cheaper by almost 50%. I wil now go through them, knowing that they are legitimate and cheaper. Yr alibarber ones are fine, just 50% cheaper than you are offering.

Sorry to hear this, that definitely doesn’t sound right and we get why you’d be disappointed.
A burnt taste straight out of the box isn’t what you should be getting at all, especially if it’s happened across a few orders. That points to a quality issue on our end, and that’s on us.
We’ve now stopped all Vapehub sales for the time being and notified the factory to rectify the issue so it can be properly investigated and fixed before anything else goes out.
We also hear you on pricing and appreciate the feedback there as well.
To make up for the experience, we’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund for your last vapehubs order #151487. It should be back in your account shortly. A copy of the refund receipt was sent to your email.

I ordered on Wednesday
I ordered on Wednesday, fully paid and got a receipt to say it’s processing and that it’ll be here with 2-4 days . They didn’t even confirm my order until today which is Friday…. The auspost don’t work on weekends and they haven’t even sent the order yet. Which means I most likely won’t get my order for about a week or 7 days from the to do actually ordered.
When I emailed them asking why this is there was literally no answer apart from sorry we will send it. Also I STILL haven’t got a confirmation to say it’s processed. I got this website from a friend who uses it but at this point they haven’t stopped replying to me asking why it isn’t processed. In convicned it’s a scam and if it’s not it surely is dodgy. If they haven’t even sent or assigned the order three days later then something is up. If it takes 3 days to confirm an order but not send it how could you possibly receive it in 2-4 days ???
At this point I will have no vape, no discount and they would probably take even longer to get my refund sent back.
Would at all costs try to find them elsewhere as in my experience they haven’t done what they said on the website and instead of trying to same day ship it or go out of there way to fix there mistake they basically make you just cop it. I also ordered before cutt off times.

You’re right, the communication and processing time on this order was not good enough, especially after ordering before cutoff and expecting the normal 2 to 4 business day timeframe. There was a delay on our end confirming and dispatching the order, and we completely get why that made things feel dodgy.
We also should’ve given you clearer replies instead of the generic “we’ll send it” responses. That part’s fair criticism.
Just to clarify though, your order was delivered on 14-Apr as per auspst tracking.
And yes 😂 we actually do send the free vapes when we say we will. We know it probably sounds like the most overused line at this point, but we do genuinely try to make up for delays when we mess up. And we are sending you a free one today :)) A new tracking link will be going to your email shortly.

This company reached out to me and offered full refund or replacement of faulty product, they have gone above and beyond to sort this out in a very professional manner and in a prompt timeframe, I will deal with them again. Received my order promptly, only to find they were all old stock with batteries not lasting more than two days, there is a reason they are cheap, they are crap.

I ordered just before Easter weekend but received the order confirmation &tracking number same day. I had some concerns but they were addressed promptly & I received my package on the Wednesday so not even 1 week from ordering. If you want an easy, legit transaction these guys are it. Sorry you’ve had this experience and we get why you’re upset.
Just to clarify though, we never deal with fake or non-genuine products. All our stock comes direct from the factory, and for the vape you ordered from us, we can assure you it was 100% genuine. Sometimes devices can still unfortunately be faulty, and while that’s rare, we always stand by our products and try to sort things out fairly.
Even though we believe the product was genuine, you weren’t happy with the experience, so we’ve already processed a full refund for you the same day.
Please understand we do have a process for refunds and sometimes it can take a couple of days to complete, but we’re always doing our best to make things as quick as possible. The main thing for us is making sure customers are looked after.
Also just to confirm again, your refund has been sent correctly from our side.
We’re always here to help, so we’d really appreciate a bit of patience if replies are delayed by a day or two sometimes. Threatening police action over a delayed refund before we’ve had a chance to finish processing things isn’t really fair on our team when we are actively trying to help.
To make up for the whole experience, we’d also be happy to send you a free one on the house so you can properly check the quality of our products yourself.

we ordered 4x vapes on the 27th of february 2026, it still has not came. i have emailed and had responses from just vapes but when they replied saying the package was lost, they offered a refund which has still not been received either. reallt unfortunate as i have bought a 10 pack off them before and came within the week. also i just want to add that i completely understand that delivery isnt their fault and is auspost! and they have been helpful in sending emails back and communicating its just unfortunate that the package was lost and that we dont know whats happening

You’re right, the order was unfortunately lost in transit with AusPost, and while that part was outside our control, the delays and confusion around the replacement/refund process definitely could’ve been handled better on our end.
Just to clarify as well, your refund was processed and the refund receipt was sent through by email once everything was finalised. We were also trying to organise a replacement for you at one stage once North Queensland deliveries reopened, which probably added to the confusion a bit too.
