The jump flex staff member we dealt with was super helpful and delivery of our tramp and accessories was very quick even though we are rural.

Tramp arrived in ample time. Clear instructions. Just wish the ladders steps were not plastic, but otherwise its just wonderful.

Our trampoline hasn't arrived and tracking link doesn't work.

So far so good! It's been up for a week now and we're in a high wind area but with the anchor kit, it hasn't budged at all - phew! Was semi-easy to put up but we did need a bit of muscle to get the safety net secured properly. The tramp also arrived within days so thank you so much!

Service was awesome - only problem was the parts didn’t fit! Manufacturing error apparently but team sorted everything🙏

Fast delivery although because we are rural we needed to pick it up ourselves from our closest town (an hours drive).

We purchased the 15ft and it was easily assembled with maximum of two of us.

Looks like really good quality, it’s very windy where we live so hopefully the anchors provided are enough to handle the crazy winds we get!

Jump flex is the BEST! Tramp is amazing quality and the customer service is even better! We've ours 3 years now, our nets stitching had come apart above the zip and the happily valued their warranty and replaced is straight away! With fast shipping! So happy glad we chose jump flex!

Amazing service! Fast delivery and quality product. I brought the trampoline slide for my 2 year old granddaughter who loves to be independent. I wish I could have brought a ladder with the slide but could find one on your site we already have the trampoline. But the slide has been worth the purchase.
