No Trampoline for Christmas day as sent wrong boxes!

Can not comment on the product itself as they have delivered the wrong boxes (!!) to build the trampoline which was intended for our children’s Christmas present tomorrow. Not happy at all. You’d expect their team to be extra diligent especially in the lead up to Christmas.

10ft 2025 NEW edition…

We chose the 10ft 2025 NEW edition as we thought it appeared really sturdy and a solid trampoline. The trampoline arrived quickly within a couple of days of ordering. Building the trampoline was easy and quick. Sadly once built the trampoline didnt live up to the quality we expected and within hours the springs were screeching and rhe entire top half of the netting and frame moved side to side when jumping. My two children are aged 7 and 11 and when only one of them was jumping the whole top frame moved side to side and the noise of the springs was awful. Jumpflex advertise the trampoline using videos of several children and adults jumping together which leads you to think they are robust, strong and sturdy and worth the inflated cost from other trampolines on the market. I contacted customer services via email and explained the issues we had after only days of having the trampoline. Initially they requested I use a silicone spray on the springs and a part refund which I refused and requested a full refund. They agreed and could not have been more helpful. I was concerned because I have read some awful reviews about their service but thankfully I was lucky and had no issues. A full refund was given and we have since purchased another trampoline from another company. Maybe we was unlucky with our order but I honestly couldnt see how the materials and quality could warrant such an inflated price especially comparing to others we have had from high street stores for under £200.

Bank Holiday free gift out of stock

The site offered a bank holiday free gift of a basketball hoop attachment. When I tried to order the gift was out of stock and replaced by a hose attachment at half the rrp. No apology just a comment saying out of stock. An option to wait for the correct attachment or one suitable for our use such as the slide instead would've been appreciated. As for the quality, I dont know as yet as hasn't arrived.

Good luck getting replacement parts or any level of customer service

Ordered a jumpflex trampoline last year as they apparently sell spare parts, but good luck getting them! Due to storm damage in April, i needed spare parts. A lot of spare parts say out of stock, but even the ones they do show in stock they can't necessarily supply! Finally after 4 months, all the parts i needed showed in stock, so i ordered them. Some arrived but i was missing 3 fundamental parts. Chased, but ive just been told by the unapologetic Weslee that these are out of stock until hopefully mid-Sept! Happy to show items in stock, take the money, despatch part of the order, but no communication to say the remainder of the order is out of stock for another 6 weeks (hopefully!) until chased. Very disappointing and falsely advertised. Also when spare parts come, they are badly packaged in a grey plastic bag loosely poking out the end covered in clear tape. 4 months without a trampoline and still no prospect of this changing, wish I'd ordered another brand to start with. Bad service and communication!

Appalling Customer Service

I purchased a 10ft trampoline based off the 5* reviews I had seen - paying more than average for the trampoline but assuming i would get excellent customer service. The whole process has been a shambles. The trampoline was delivered with parts missing so couldn't build it ready for my daughter's birthday. I was then told the items were out of stock (why sell it in the first place). After several emails, they sent one of the missing parts (i needed 4). I sent emails that weren't responded to. Nobody seemed to know what was going on or following up with any customer issues. Eventually all the parts arrived and didn't fit! I gave up and asked for a refund which i also had to chase. Don't waste your time!

Misleading "in stock" issue

Ordered the 12ft trampoline which was in stock. Courier eventually contacted us with a delivery day which didn't suit. Rearranged delivery day and then day before delivery an email comes from delivery company stating that there is a stock error and to contact Jumpflex direct.
Contacted Jumpflex (bear in mind that despite having a co.uk website they are based in New Zealand so response time was poor). They responded that they would look into matter. Had to chase up about 4 times over a period of about 10 days and only got pathetic "we are looking into it " replies. Ended up cancelling order and was refunded quickly. Got the impression they are happy to take your order even if item is not in stock. Got a Vuly instead- brilliant decision.

Terrible customer service

We bought a trampoline from them last summer and one of the legs has completely snapped off causing the rest of the trampoline to buckle. I accept that these things can happen and it still falls under the warranty. But I have now left 2 voicemails and sent 4 emails asking for a replacement and heard back from no one - if I had known I would have this issue I wouldn’t have bought from them - it’s causing so much stress, my children no longer have a trampoline and it cost us over £500 - just terrible and super disappointing.

Good trampoline but very poor customer service.

The trampoline arrived with many missing parts so had to be returned, this was arranged quickly but after that communication with customer services was non-existent. My emails and phone calls went unanswered. It wasn’t until several weeks later that we finally received the replacement trampoline.
My daughter is very happy with her trampoline and it is of a good design that was easy to erect, I just don’t understand how Jumpflex can claim ‘Best Customer Service on the Planet’, I’ve certainly experienced better.

Don't buy, very cheap product (quality wise) and customer service ignore you

Don't buy, cheap crap and don't respond to your delivery issues, opened dispute with paypal with all evidence and some how they still got away with it, so now I have a trampoline that was delivered with broken parts and I've lost £500 on cheap crap!

Also weight limit of the product 150kg on website is a lie, packaging comes with 100kg on it!!!

Would never recommend - net is dangerous

I am writing a review on here as jumpflex chose not to post my review on their website, seems they are selective. We purchased this trampoline as a replacement for our old plum one. Unfortunately our 7 year old daughter suffered an accident where she caught her adult front tooth in the net, pulling the whole thing out. We now face many years of traumatic visits to the dental hospital as the tooth did not survive. I believe the holes in the net are too big. Jumpflex have refunded the trampoline but we wish we had not bought it in the first place as it has caused us all a lot of distress. I have asked jumpflex of they have reported the incident to any health and safety institutions but they have chosen to ignore my question and have advised that the refund (which I did not request) should be enough which I don't think resolves the greater issue. I do not usually write reviews but think this should be considered when you buy a trampoline as I would not want anyone else or their child to experience what we have.

Well worthy of five stars!

I did a huge amount of research into trampolines and came to conclusion that Jumpflex would be the best choice when weighing up value, quality and support.

We have received and set up our 14ft trampoline for our 10 and 9 year olds and it exceeds expectations. The installation was lengthy but easy to follow and simple for someone like me who isn’t the most practical.

The quality is great and when we had a small issue with one of the d rings on the base we contacted Jumpflex and they immediately dispatched a whole new matt for us.

If you need a quality trampoline, easy install and with great after sales support look no further. Well worthy of five stars!

Fantastic!

Delivery was much sooner than expected, when a better offer became available within 30 days of purchasing, the customer service was fantastic and honoured the items in the offer. Definitely recommend. Speedy and helpful service!
