I’ve been so impressed with JTX Fitness. I bought a treadmill at what was probably a peak time for them (beginning of January) and I was contacted about delivery and set up really quickly.
I’ve been properly updated at every stage and delighted that I can now enjoy using my treadmill! The engineer who fitted it was friendly and professional and kept me updated on his arrival time.
10/10 service from start to finish, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Perfect for our needs.

The assembly instructions were a bit obtuse…(both the screws that hold the arms in place need to be loose before assembly, not just the left-hand one, as indicated in the instruction booklet) but, once we had it up and running, it certainly does everything we want it to.

I really like the ignite airx bike. I have a knee injury from which I'm still recovering and I'm training for a Hyrox. It's equivalent to a concept 2 bikeerg. Super prompt delivery by the company. All good here so far.

An excellent product at a good price. Sensible advice from the company prior to buying on the best choice of treadmill. Assembly was quite easy although chamfered front edge bolts would have been appreciated to make locating easier. Delivery was exactly on time with no problems. So far so good!

From ordering my treadmill online all the way through to delivery, I have been really impressed. Detailed info to help chose the correct treadmill for my needs and the smooth process of choosing when it would be delivered. The delivery company kept me informed and up to date with timings on the day.
As for the machine…life changing! I have run five times in just over a week. Something I wouldn’t have achieved if I were going to the gym or running outside.
Best choice I’ve made.

Essentially good solid kit, and excellent customer service, but loses a star for poor quality of manual, both regarding assembly and use. Also, it seems mean to skimp on the length of the power cable which is so short as to be almost useless.

Needed to replace much used crosstrainer and felt overwhelmed by the market. JTX site had useful guides to understand the individual machines which really helped. Once ordered very clear delivery information. Machine did take more putting together than anticipated but instructions very clear and very happy with choice made.

Quick delivery, amazing bike. Solid build and using 4x a week. Closest thing to being in a spin session when don't have time to attend. Highly recommend!

Took longer to assemble then suggested but once done an amazing professional machine. Very happy with my purchase. Prompt professional delivery on the date requested. Could not be happier. Would definitely use this company again

Good content on website allowed me to select the right product for me. Then an easy sales and delivery process. Really pleased with the product.

This is a great, stable and smooth machine. It is quiet enough to listen to music and know its running. There is no jerky start or stopping. I really like it. However, the heart rate sensors don't appear to work but I have sent information to the seller to mention this and its why it is one less star than five.
Overall I am extremely happy with this machine. The display is clear and big enough to read without glasses and it was very easy to set up but be warned it is heavy so I would advise getting into the room you intend to use is and have enough room to undo the packaging.

Went to the showroom to have a try of the cross trainers, decided which one I wanted, ordered online, quick delivery and I added installation. The engineer messaged me the day or delivery and came the next day to install. Love my new machine, seamless service. Very happy customer.
