Fantastic customer service. Couldn't get hold of a Belfast sink in stock anywhere and lots of companies pretending they had stock when they didn't. Several cancelled/refunded orders later and I got hold of JT Pickfords on the phone and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. I ordered the same day and had a dispatch email the next morning, with the sink arriving 2 days later. Perfect service, will use again! Thank you.

It’s not often I do this, but I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the vanity unit and basin I ordered from Pickfords.
It’s always a bit of a risk buying something at distance, as one can never be sure of the build quality and I’m often left feeling somewhat disappointed. However, in this instance I couldn’t be happier; the unit is very weighty and sturdy, and really sleek in design. Also, I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the professional, personable service I received form the delivery driver.
All in all, my buying experience was refreshingly good; I would definitely shop at Pickfords again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

My husband and I are really impressed with JT Pickfords. The website is easy to use and tells you clearly what is in stock so no messing when you get to checkout to find that it is actually out of stock like some other providers!! Good communication re the delivery and the delivery man was very helpful. We were let down by B&Q after ordering weeks ago, I cancelled that order, ordered with JT Pickfords and the order arrived within 48 hours. We have already submitted another order, this time for pick up.

The service was very good and easy from ordering to collecting when a gentleman carried the package which was quite heavy and placed it in the boot of my car.
Will use again when needed.

Beware of PayPal route as I managed to skip the delivery part and got an email to tell me my items were ready for collection.
