Very fast service, arrived really quickly, great service

I placed the order online & the web page was easy to use. Item was received in excellent condition, really well packaged with additional wrap & polystyrene in certain sections to support it during its journey. Item was received 2 days after placing order and standard postage & packing which was good value for money. Would happily use them again.

Even though the Rotherham showroom is currently closed the online invoice still shows this address.
It should be made clearer on the invoice where the collection is.

We bought a bath. It has a 25 year guarantee. It came well-packaged. It looks fine. We are waiting for it to be installed. Would buy from Pickfords again. Delivery costs were reasonable.

Only thing I didn’t like was the bath panels, cheap and flimsy but you get what you pay for.

Really pleased with the products & collection service. As the assistant was helpful/friendly
and brought / loaded the large bath panel into my Mini... as a result extremely happy with the service received!!!

Still waiting for part ordered 11 days ago. Each time get an update that says it will be with you and then not arrived.

I ordered some bathroom fittings one of the items had a grub screw missing JT Pickfords would not have known as the item was in a sealed box. The company was informed and the replacement grub screw arrived 2 days later, sooner than anticipated. Excellent service.
