Great experience and would recommend
As disheartened as I was to hear I did not get the job I was applying for, I was so impressed to receive the uplifting email from jpnb consulting that followed. It was truly empathetic, and so thoughtful to think to send an encouraging email to those who did not get the job they were aiming for.

I received a good feedback and quick response. I really appreciate how good the communication that Julien build with the applicants. The assessment given was very straightforward, give chance to applicants for think critically before answering. Great experience
Very bad experience, even laughable
I applied for a remote position for Mexican market; I was sent to a typeform page to complete a test. I passed this first stage. The second stage was an online form with two tests. I want to highlight, at this moment, I have no knowledge about the job compensation; of course, I had to watch a video, wasting my time. Finally I got an email, from Julien saying he (not the company) decided not to continue with my application because a senseless reason, (No clear budget to the birthday presents question). The question was about, kind of: you have a budget for a customer's bday gift, he likes bla bla bla, how do you spend the budget?. -"No right or wrong question"-
This test was silly, to say the least, and I did not want to make this rating, but this guy was so pushy that finally I decide to share my experience and thoughts. The offer was not exactly the right job for my profile, and the income was kind of low to me, but I do want a remote position. As a User Experience Analyst, I can say this was terrible, badly managed, lack of information and senseless arguments.

Receive a feedback and a quick response from a recruiter company, is not so common, at least in my country (Mexico). This behaivor shows emphaty to the candidates, that in several cases fight every day with the uncertainty about how long is going to take us get a new job. I really appreciate the follow up of Julien and the interest showed to the candidates.

I really enjoyed the process and Julien was really nice and informative. Normally, recruiters can seem kind of intimidating or make you feel like just another application, but it felt so casual and friendly hearing from Julien. Even though the client I applied with didn’t move forward with me, it was a pleasant experience.
A positive and helpful experience.
Julien and his team are really applaudable for their hard work and commitment. From the moment my job application was submitted, Julien made sure that I got updated about every step of the process, and when I emailed him regarding some specific info, he replied almost instantly, which I find quite rare among most recruitment agencies as some take ages getting back to you (if not ghosting you altogether). Although it seems like most of the questions on the assessment form are designed to gauge one's creative thinking and decision making skills, I think there should also be an interview right after, to discuss one's experience and skills in more detail - I mean a person could have an ocean of knowledge and skills but can still be incapable of properly conveying those on a mere assessment form, so a 1:1 talk could make it much easier - just a thought :)
Overall, it has been a great experience.
