It's evident that Julien lacks basic human empathy and professional courtesy. It's painfully obvious that some of his candidates are not fitting for the role in the first place.
The most disturbing aspect of this experience is that others have shared similar feedback, all highlighting Julien's lack of professionalism, inadequate research. It is deeply concerning to know that he is affecting countless individuals in the job searching industry, leaving them feeling demoralised and devalued.
As you'll see the review from MA below, what's even more disheartening is the way Julien responds to criticism. Instead of acknowledging his shortcomings and striving to improve, he belittles and diminishes the valid concerns of his clients.

Unprofessional and lacking any kind of human touch
After this round of application I was treated with an incredibly condescending rejection email completely lacking in any sense of professionalism and highly dry "feedback" on why it wasn't good enough. I guess I should be thankful I heard back anything since the previous time I was just ghosted despite even sending 2 follow up emails to check on the status. The interview questions are also highly irrelevant, such as asking to describe a rose and how to get a meeting with Zuckerberg. Also beware of being automatically signed up for marketing emails without your consent.

Smooth and not complex questions. Though I was not selected for a non- technical question, this can be learned though when you get hired. He's accommodating and I understand how much they need to screen through the applicants. Soft skills are more important than hard skills. A candidate may not tick all the listed requirements or perfect the exam, but still deserve a chance to prove themselves.

Amicable, and communicative
So the experience was great even though I did not land the job, I think they are a 5-star team in 99% of what they did, and how they communicated with me. I know they want to hire the best for the companies they work for and make the applicant feel human which is important to us all, especially in Remote life BUT... I gave them 4.5 because, of a question that is one of those "think creative" new-age HR types, for a role where knowing your client and connecting, is key, more info was needed to even budget for it, that question was easily answered by applicants who are not serious about the position. I know they have nothing but the best in mind but I predict the agent that gets that job believes in "quiet quitting", "act your wage", and all the things that are the norm in our workplace nowadays, It's not them its the new HR hiring model why startups or expanding companies end up with children and not builders who desire to grow with a company and thrive on the success of seeing a project grow. Sometimes I think we have thought so far outside the box we forgot what goes in it.
Satisfactory Experience
I was surprised to get an email from Julien even though I didn't get the job. The email was uplifting and encouraging, and I appreciate him for that. The whole process was smooth and the instructions Julien gave to apply were easy to follow.

Simple and clear recruitment process
Although I didn't get this position, I appreciated the simplicity of the recruitment process. There was clear and timely communication from jpnb consulting. The information about the company they were recruiting for, the role and compensation was clearly given. The screening test was good, although I feel one of the questions could have been more clearer on what they wanted in the answer. There was good feedback on why I didn't proceed. Well appreciated in this day and age.
