My Mum wanted a Will put in place and Ranisha from Jones Whyte was very professional and made it very easy for my Mum to understand.

Our experience with Jones Whyte was amazing 👏 and turned out to be successful, i highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal representation or Conveyancing .
When our case was raised with Jones Whyte Shenai Chain,​​​​
our Conveyancing supervisor initiated the conversation with the sellers Solicitors and got to work promptly.
Our case handler Nicole Hoffay-Somerville was such a great support through the the process of purchase of our new home. Not only did She constantly update us and guide us through the process , She also ensured that we got our Keys in an expedited fashion.

Jan Telfer, great communication and advice for a first time buyer and she gets the job done. Alesha Baxter also did a good job of organising the solicitor for me.

I used Jones Whyte for both the sale and purchase of my property. While the service was acceptable at first, things took a serious downturn on the day of completion. I received an email - not even a phone call - informing me that they had made an error and demanding an additional payment, warning that I would not receive the keys to my new home otherwise. This was only a few hours before I was due to collect them.

Their mistake not only delayed completion but caused me significant stress. The conveyancing team admitted that the documents had not been properly checked and confirmed the error was entirely theirs, yet they have refused to cover the cost. After weeks of chasing for answers and eventually submitting a formal complaint, I was offered just £100 as compensation for their mistake, which was no where near the amount that was demanded that day.

The service, communication, and lack of accountability have been extremely disappointing. Their response showed no empathy, understanding, or remorse for the impact their error had on me during an already stressful time.

Worked with Ranisha on my will and she could not have been more helpful.. everything was carried quickly and exactly as I expected. Highly recommended.

After my sister sadly passed away without a will in place, our funeral director put us in touch with Jones Whyte to handle the estate. We were looked after by Louise McGhee and I honestly can’t praise her enough.

Louise was an absolute credit to the firm – compassionate, professional and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout; she kept us updated at every stage, explained everything clearly and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel straightforward and manageable.

In what was already an emotional and stressful time, Louise and the Jones Whyte team took away so much worry. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help with executry or estate matters. Thank you so much for everything.
