Cathryn helped my father prepare a Will online. She explained everything to him clearly and made the process very easy for him to understand. She was very efficient and responded to emails promptly. We would highly recommend using Jones Whyte.

Jones whyte was recommended to me to help gain access to my children. I can honestly say that it’s been a real pleasure dealing with the kind hearted people at jones whyte. Colin Simpson is an absolute legend in his line of work and I had no stress at all dealing with him and would recommend anyone to them. He is the reason my case has been so strong and I couldn’t have done it without him.

We signed up to do our wills as part of a charity campaign and were set up with an initial meeting with Janet. She has been so helpful throughout the process and made everything so easy to put in place which was great as we have been putting this off for years. She talked us through different options and kept us updated on the process by email between appointments and the whole thing was sorted in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend Janet if you need a will or a POA ..

All the staff have been nothing but helpful. Can’t fault them at all!

Very unprofessional. Can’t get through and nobody returns voicemail. They tried to charge us (again) to do a ‘search’ on my Mother’s Trusts - we paid for this last year and then heard nothing - this is after we told them my Mother had died. Trying to get the Will and Trust documents is like pulling teeth. I cannot believe a ‘Law’ company can be this unreliable. Avoid !
