They are a very Professional, Friendly Team of TRUE ENGINEERS who removed my old boiler system, repaired the damage caused by previous installer.
They have installed a new top of the range Worcester Combi Boiler with 10 year Warranty and all new pipework and a new Stop Tap and removed old pipework and Water Tanks and did a fabulous job of the new pipework and plumbing for my kitchen and pipework for shower..
They removed all rubbish and even tidied the brickwork that was damaged by previous boiler installer
AND they also unblocked a drain for me! 😊

I must say there were not CHEAP but you get what you pay for.
I believe I got EXCELLENT SERVICE for my money!

Jones The Gas are the best. Customer service is second to none, whomever from the small team comes out is friendly, professional and explains what they're doing and why. Very competitive prices. We have used them to install a boiler, annual service (10 years) and even emergency call out (to check our cooker and boiler), they came same day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, prompt service! I rang to enquire about my boiler, and Jones the Gas happened to have an engineer nearby, so they were able to come out and take a look straight away. The engineer quickly identified the issue and was able to replace the sensor there and then. Great price and fantastic service. Would definitely recommend!

After a really frustrating experience trying to get an issue resolved through British Gas, I contacted Jones the Gas and I’m so glad I did.

From the initial contact through to completing the job, the service was excellent. Dean was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, actually sorted the problem quickly and without any fuss.

He arrived when he said he would, explained everything clearly and had the issue resolved in around 90 minutes.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jones the Gas again and would happily recommend Dean/the company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy gas engineer.
