Finally a provider that listens and is…

Finally a provider that listens and is understanding of women's health. I have been feeling like I am in premenopause for a while now but my ob/gyn dismissed me and told me my labwork was perfect. Frustrated for months I saw an ad for Midihealth and decided to give it a try. My provider was amazing and understanding and started me on progesterone and estradiol right away and I feel so much better. I am so greatful to have someone finally listen to me.

Marketing Doesn’t Match the Care

Midi markets itself as providing clinicians with expertise in women’s health, perimenopause, and menopause. That was not my experience. My PA told me she was a generalist with a background in urgent care and did not appear to have specialized menopause training or knowledge.

My bill was also incorrect. Customer service told me by email that it had been fixed, but it wasn’t. I’ve called repeatedly, only to sit on hold for 10 minutes before hearing, “No support agents are available to take your call. Call back later,” followed by the call disconnecting.

At this point, it feels like Midi invests far more in marketing and social-media promotion than in actual patient support. The polished online presence does not match the care or customer service I experienced.

Finally have the support I need for perimenopause

I have been battling perimenopause for years and all my doctors treated me like I was nuts and sent me to specialists. Finally I got the help I need with MIDI Health. My practitioner was great. She was understanding and thorough and made sure to go over any questions I had. She also paid attention to health history.

Midi Health is truly a pioneer in…

Midi Health is truly a pioneer in midlife women’s healthcare, offering comprehensive, full-scope care on an exceptionally comfortable and accessible platform. Their seamless integration with local resources—connecting directly to my local pharmacy, imaging centers, and existing OBGYN records for seamless prescription management—makes the entire process completely hassle-free.
I’ve had an outstanding experience with my Midi nurse, Bobbi, over the past year. She is wonderfully organized, deeply knowledgeable, and always easy to connect with via regular Zoom appointments. I haven't run into a single issue with my prescriptions or care coordination. I couldn't be more satisfied with Midi, and I routinely recommend this amazing platform to any woman navigating midlife health.

My experience with MIDI Health has been…

My experience with MIDI Health has been truly wonderful. Finding a healthcare team that actually listens, understands what you’re going through, and takes your concerns seriously has made such a difference for me. I especially appreciate the personalized care and the attention given to my hormones and overall health.

NP Julie Sims has been incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. She always makes me feel heard and supported, and I know she stays on top of the things I need. I never feel like just another patient or like I’m being rushed through an appointment.

I’m so grateful I found MIDI Health. Having knowledgeable and compassionate care during this stage of my life has given me a sense of comfort and confidence that I truly appreciate. I would absolutely recommend MIDI Health to any woman looking for personalized, supportive care.

I love Midi Health!

I love Midi Health. I feel a closer connection to my virtual gyno than I do to the gyno I've seen in person for the last 8 years. I find scheduling and rescheduling incredibly seamless, insurance and costs transparent, and most importantly: I feel heard. Telehealth is changing our approach to medicine and I am so grateful!

Not worth the trouble.

I went through Midi with my insurance and was given a prescription that started working and I was feeling better. I had my follow up appointment and explained to the dr that the pharmacy was out of the prescription and it is hard to find at any pharmacy. I asked if I could have the specific prescription (cream) that they had in stock. She agreed and then called the wrong one (Gel) I sent a message that she responded to telling me to call other pharmacies which I did and cannot find one within 60 miles. My only option is a higher dose at a different pharmacy closeby or the the same does with a different medication at my pharmacy. I write the dr back and asked for the correct medication to please be called in and have been ignored now for a week. Old symptoms are all back and I feel like this was just a huge waste of time and money. I got an AI response I am pretty sure that said they made note of my pharmacy change and then still ignored me. So I am back to feeling bad again and now I am having symptoms that I didnt have before. I would give 0 stars if I could.

For the first time in Four years, I feel hope

I cannot express enough words to describe my gratitude for Midi. I’ve fought for my health for 4 years. One of my most difficult symptoms was severe hemorrhaging during my periods. It was debilitating. I knew and expressed that something was off with my hormones. Numerous OBGYN’s provided zero care. Some completely disregarded my concerns, some wanted to provide “exploratory” surgery, others gaslit. It was my pcp that eventually prescribed medication to slow the bleeding after my iron levels became dangerously low. For context I was soaking through super plus tampons in 5 minutes for days. Four years with having no choice but to take prescription meds when all I needed was my hormones back. My first period after beginning hormone therapy, the bleeding slowed. I’m now on my 3rd cycle and have not needed the medication. It was like magic. I lost myself, but for the first time in 4 years I feel hopeful. Thank you!

Prescription mill without expertise of any kind!! Stay AWAY.

They are everywhere today. Online hormone and "menopause" script dispensaries. They're female dominated sewing circles run by RN's and third tier ER doctors that masquerade as medical directors. They know nothing about you, your health concerns, your history, they can't read tests and they don't know how to interpret the patient profile to optimize your outcome. They have a harpie nurse Hatchet that defends the flock of incompetent DEI RN's that are better suited for med spas doing laser hair removal. They bill the insurance and then hide behind sloganeering and "female empowerment" entitlement ultimatums. They literally know nothing. I just found out today that the entire problem I was dealing with was FERRITIN related and not HORMONE related. They throw $3.25 Estrace (horse derived hormone) at you and call it "HRT". STAY AWAY from these frauds and incompetents. They will ruin your health and expose you to unnecessary hormones that will do NOTHING for you. They are not qualified to do what they're doing and will soon be on the other side of a subpoena to defend plaintiff claims when they get sued into the ground. For the most part, the MIDI's of the world are private equity plays. They're hoping they get bought out by a large AI medical concierge practice, make a few million and be on to another online grift.

Wanted Answers, Not Just a Prescription

I left my appointment feeling disappointed. I was hoping to find a provider who would take the time to investigate what might be causing my symptoms, rather than simply prescribing medication based on the symptoms themselves.I specifically wanted to have my hormones evaluated and have a better understanding of what may be contributing to how I’ve been feeling. Instead, I felt the focus was primarily on writing a prescription without first looking into the underlying cause.

Would not recommend.

Pondering? Make the appointment.

Carol my NP made me feel so safe and welcomed within the first few minutes. She was very warm, very kind, and made sure I knew I was in good hands. She's in it for the right reasons and I appreciate that so much. Will be seeing her more in the future.

I’m an Adult Geriatric NP

Set an appt for testosterone cream. They couldn’t prescribe it. So…..waste of time. Provider said I wouldn’t be charged for the consultation.

A complete ripoff

A complete ripoff. First, someone without insurance will pay $150 for the visit. I do have insurance and supposedly in network, they billed my insurance company $250, insurance paid $107 and they want me to pay $142, never disclosed anything upfront. This was for a telehealth consultation with a Register nurse, that do nothing other than read out of script and you could see how she was reading. Then the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy, reached out twice never sent. They billed as medical examination not as a visit.

Midi exceeded me expectations!

I used Midi fully expecting to meet with someone that was not as knowledgeable, compassionate, time efficient and quick to respond. I manage a health and wellness department for a major department store and infrequently asked about HRT and have recommended MIDI to at least 30 women and will continue to do so

Please read my post!!!

Finding this online telehealth portal has completely changed my life! I'm back to feeling normal or probably even better because there are so many of us women out there dealing with hormonal changes and have no idea that there's help out there but with MIDI health, it's a possibility!

I was not myself, feeling depressed, low libido and very lethargic. I was so depressed.

Being a mom and trying to keep up with the ever demanding fulfillment to my children and husband with perimenopause, had me feeling completely worthless and a failure.

The ease of having online visits with my doctor and specific bonus of my insurance covering it, was a no-brainer..

If I knew what I know now after starting HRT therapy with MIDI health, I would pay for it full price all day long.

It will truly change and save your life if you are suffering from hormonal changes!

Midi health is the holy Grail to helping women with perimenopause!

I hope more women like me choose midi health and it can change their life like it has done mine and my Family.

Thank you!!!

Midi is very convenient

Midi is very convenient. While the providers are professional, I don’t feel a strong sense of warmth or personal connection during my visits. The interactions feel somewhat impersonal. But the convenience is a trade off.
