Midi Health gets it. Highly recommend.
I recommend Midi Health to anyone I meet that is dealing with symptoms of perimenopause. Tried several other women’s health virtual clinics- this is far superior both on ease to work with and their clinical support.
lied about accepting my insurance then made me pay a second doc for testosterone
The appointment I was able to get was ok. Provider was nice and everything but it was not what they advertise. I went with them because they accept insurance and they prescribe testosterone. Neither was true. I had to pay $250 out of pocket for this ‘insurance covered appointment’ because they changed which insurance companies they work with in the days between when I signed up and when my appointment occurred. I was told I was supposed to be ‘tracking’ these changes. Who would check every day if a company that said they take your insurance still does? No one, that’s who.
Anyway, the testosterone issue. My regular gyn will prescribe estrogen and progesterone. I didn’t need to pay $250 for those. I booked with midi specifically because they claim to prescribe testosterone. What they fail to tell you is that if you want testosterone the provider they force you to see and pay $250 to will not be prescribing it. They make you wait a full month, pay for bloodwork even when you already have the same results from a few weeks before, and pay yet another $250 to your ‘testosterone provider’. Yes, you have to pay $250 per appointment, per month, per doctor and there are two docs. Then you have to pay for the prescriptions themselves on top of that. Midi was supposed to be the inexpensive option but they wound up costing way more than the fancy consierge medicine type companies that include nice compounded creams for you. My estrogen literally comes in what looks like a ketchup packet and I’m supposed to use exactly one seventh of it per day. It’s impossible.

Very frustrated was told on chat that I could set up appt to talk to a doctor handling hormones. I could get testosterone cream. I would set up 250.00 apt and then they review my recent blood work. I then could get it for 110.00 plus shipping. I got the call and placed my credit card to pay the 250.00. After having a call found out I can’t get it yet. I have to have another appt with her to then get referred to next person to then see if I am the right candidate for it. Never was told this from the beginning. Then to find out my 250.00 didn’t go through. This whole experience was very unprofessional. If they were honest from the beginning it wouldn’t have been so bad. Very misleading to patient. After talking to her and feeling frustrated she said you decide I have to go and exited our zoom. Wasn’t the money was how this was handled from beginning to end.

I was falling apart and was suspicious…
I was falling apart and was suspicious it was perimenopause- hearing that my horrible dizziness was actually low estrogen was such a relief about a year ago. Since then this journey hasn’t been easy but if not for Midi I would have fallen apart. There are so few clinicians caught up about perimenopause. I hope Midi continues the important work it is doing but doesn’t let their clinicians get burned out- an army is needed to help the huge gap in care for women!!
Ahhhhhhmazing!
Good goddess, I should have done this years ago! The knowledge, patience, and understanding that my clinician offered was bar none. They were incredibly thorough, patient, kind, fun, treated me like a human, and knew exactly how to get to the bottom of the struggles that I was having. It’s only been a handful of days and I already feel like a new person. Thank you, thank you thank you!!
Beyond Grateful
I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) in my mid-30s, but no one ever explained what that meant for my long‑term health. Every provider has treated my condition as if POI was just early menopause, and I've spent years feeling exhausted, foggy, and unlike myself. My Midi provider, Tracy Pozar, NP, was the first person to connect all the dots, explain POI as an endocrine condition, and start me on a treatment plan that actually addresses the root cause. For the first time, in a long time, I feel hopeful and truly supported.
Easy to access
Easy to access, great clinicians and same day prescriptions for my needs.
Disappointed
I loved the actual clinical visit. The APRN was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. My complaint? The communication via the portal. I came to Midi at the end of my rope. I couldn't have made it any clearer about how I was feeling. To write a script that is on back order...Shameful. To basically dangle a carrot in front of a menopausal woman is unkind. I requested an alternative med via the portal. No response. I updated my pharmacy information in my message... That was reviewed and updated. My actual concern? Not so much. I called Midi. I was told by another provider that she would elevate my concerns and make sure the privider reached out. It didn't happen. Very frustrating to know that 2 miles from house, sitting on a pharmacy counter, there's a medication that could help me, but because my provider only wrote for brand name, I couldn't get the generic. I feel very deflated and unheard. I messaged 3 times, called 3 times. Nada. If this relationship is to continue, you all need to do better with your communication.
Finally Heard, Finally Hopeful: My Midi Experience
For the first time in years—maybe even decades—I finally felt like I was truly being heard by a healthcare provider. My experience with my Midi provider was exceptional. She listened, validated my concerns, and communicated with such authenticity, compassion, and understanding. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or like I had to convince someone that what I was experiencing was real.
I left my appointment feeling something I haven’t felt in a very long time: hope. Hope that I finally have someone partnering with me to help me feel like myself again.
I am so grateful for this experience. Sometimes, simply being heard and knowing someone genuinely cares makes all the difference. For the first time in a long time, I truly believe I’m on the path to getting back to me. ❤️
This was so convenient all through…
This was so convenient all through telehealth referred by a friend who uses MIDI too such a simple rewarding experience.
Finally someone who would listen to me…
Finally someone who would listen to me & my symptoms instead of looking at a snapshot of bloodwork. I am finally feeling heard. Highly recommend.
A simple and great experience all around
My experience from setting the appointment to the actual call was great! I saved time by doing virtual and it was a very thorough visit with proper expectations of next steps for treatment. Had my prescriptions ready same day!
4 blood tests and symptoms proved I was…
4 blood tests and symptoms proved I was in menopause. Local dr office wouldn't order meds. Required a specialists who booked 4mnths out. In fact clinician tried ordering more test to find another reason for my symptoms because she refused to accept a menopause diagnosis.
My midi provider ordered meds that week. Prompt follow appt. on new scripts incl. ones she didn't even order. This was my first virtual experience and I found 360 easy. Appt schedule, Zoom, med orders, billing ("covered" doesnt mean free. Billled like all other dr visits in/out of network. my reg. dr billled $445/initial care appt, midi billed $250 same appt). Why women suffer in 2026 during this phase of transition is unfathomable given ease of care.
Great experience
I thought that my provider was very thorough and really listened what my goals were. Explained everything at length and seemed to care about what would give me the best outcome.
I wish I did not wait so long.
My PA was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She gave me different options and explained the risks of each. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the video conference was easy to use.
Meg is a wealth of knowledge
Meg is a wealth of knowledge. She truly listens to your experience, asks thoughtful questions, and doesn’t rush to prescribe or offer a one-size-fits-all solution. I felt heard and genuinely valued her expertise.
My only disappointment was the limited appointment time. Fifteen minutes simply doesn’t feel like enough when discussing something as complex and interconnected as women’s hormones. Hormones do not function in isolation, and there is only so much that can be meaningfully explored in such a short visit.
I’m incredibly grateful to have access to a provider with Meg’s level of knowledge. I just wish the model allowed her more time to use it. Women deserve the time and space for these conversations to be as comprehensive as the subject requires.
Finally, Someone Listened
My provider was compassionate and so helpful. For the first time in years, I truly felt heard and validated. She helped me understand that the way I had been feeling wasn’t something I just had to accept, and that there are options and ways to help.
She provided me with insight, options, and an overall plan that left me feeling hopeful and excited that things can get better. I was nervous to try an online healthcare solution, but I am so grateful I gave Midi a chance. They’ve given me hope that I can feel like myself again.
Comfortable with visit
It was easy to make an appointment, my questions were answered and I felt heard for once!
I am very disappointed in Midi Health
I am very disappointed in Midi Health. In the 6 month period that I was with them, I have had 4 NP's! and each time all they want to do is constantly do appointments, and even with health insurance is it around $100 for each appointment. Their communication is very lax as well, I will send an email and it will take longer than 3 days to get back to you, only to tell you to make an appointment. I will not be returning and be forewarned!

Finally a provider that listens and is…
Finally a provider that listens and is understanding of women's health. I have been feeling like I am in premenopause for a while now but my ob/gyn dismissed me and told me my labwork was perfect. Frustrated for months I saw an ad for Midihealth and decided to give it a try. My provider was amazing and understanding and started me on progesterone and estradiol right away and I feel so much better. I am so greatful to have someone finally listen to me.
