2 weeks returns period
Unfortunately the returns period is only 2 weeks which I was not aware of so when returning items for £100+ after 3 weeks I was issued with store credit rather than a refund
Firm favourite
Sisterhood is one of my favourite brands to shop with - I’ve bought items from them since 2020 and the quality has always been spot-on. The designs are beautiful and every piece I’ve bought has been worn and re-worn multiple times. Plus I get so many compliments! They might be a little pricier than average but the quality is well worth it in my opinion.
High quality, can be high price. Worth it.
I have purchased quite a few pieces from sisterhood over the years and have been following them since they were smaller - I have found the quality of pieces to be really excellent and it has not dipped even now they are a larger brand. My favourite purchase has been a matching blazer and skirt set, the quality of which is still very strong after alot of wear. My most recent purchase was a lovely cotton dress. I've worn it a hell of a lot since last summer and it's not pilled in the slightest. I usually buy things during sales, down to my budget concerns as some of the items can be quite pricey, but if you keep an eye out for when items go on sale, you can grab some beautiful lasting wardrobe staples.

One of my go-to brands! Love their designs, especially the summery dresses and tops! Support and delivery convince every single time! Clothes are well made, materials better than of many competitors and the fit is usually true to size.
Pretty clothes, return policy needs to be transparent
Beautiful clothes and good quality but didn't realize sale items can only be returned for store credit. I feel like this info should be visible on the product page and not just on the fine print
Poor quality
The customer service was good. However, the quality of the items is awful. I ordered a £70 dress (reduced from £90!) but returned it as it looked like something you'd get in primark. I then ordered a skirt and encountered the same issue! Disappointing because I really wanted to like the brand as the marketing looks good! I would not recommend buying from here :(
Not worth the price, misleading pics
Items look cheaper than the pics on the website, I bought the Yua dress which came with a lot of stretches and is poorly knitted, and Yara short fully made of polyester, pretty disappointed. I was expecting a better manufacturing since I paid almost 200€, definitely not worth the price and not different from any fast fashion. The claims are misleading.
Lovely quality but refunds take a while
I ordered a coat and then two jumpers. I returned both however only the coat was registered as returned. I emailed them and got in touch via Instagram and they’ve processed the refund for both items but it’s been 3 weeks since I returned it and I still don’t have the money back in my account for the coat. The clothes were actually really lovely quality they just didn’t suit me. But based on the return experience I wouldn’t buy again unless I was sure I’d keep it.

I can't return items delivered to be 11 days ago. I tried using the returns portal multiple items and the only option seems to be store credit :(

I made an error on my order and Molly responded to my email and request quickly. She was friendly and went above and beyond. Fantastic experience.
Very nice quality and great service
I ordered three sweaters which were all very soft and of high quality. There was an issue with one of the sweaters which the sisterhood team solved within a day. I highly appreciated how accommodating they were in their handling of the issue and so far can totally recommend the brand.
Beautifully made clothing
Finally, some knit tops I absolutely adore! And to top it off, Sisterhood has the most amazing customer service - something rare these days. I’ll be shopping here regularly.

Okay products, terrible customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking to molly who was extremely rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. I spent over £500 on their products which I’ve returned purely because of the experience I’ve had. I won’t be shop there again.

Ordered a £240 coat and what I received was different to the picture - it had much smaller lapels and it looked quite cheap.
Not only have I been misled here, but returns are not free therefore I have to pay to get a refund for a product which is not what I ordered. Wowzers.
I won’t be ordering from Sisterhood again.

Worst decision to buy from them!
Worst decision to buy from them!! I bought my very first wool coat (Mabe) from them during the Black Friday sales last year. It arrived after a few days and was too big. Since I’m based in the UK, I decided to exchange it for a smaller size. Paid the postage to send it back and they acknowledged receipt of the item early December. I waited for 2 weeks and had no update so I emailed them. Their customer agent (Molly) said that the exchange was not recorded in the system so she did it for me and said it’d be dispatched by 8th Jan. I got the email saying an order was created but since then, radio silence. I’ve sent them an Instagram dm and multiple emails to get an update and heard nothing back. 2 months and I still don’t have my item. Absolutely horrible service and now I’m planning to seek help from an ombudsman and take things to court!!
