This is my 3rd time ordering from Sisterhood, I’m always really impressed with the knitwear, compared to similar brands the quality is really lovely and I’m always complimented on my pieces. I had an issue with shipping but received a response within 10 minutes from customer service resolving this. I highly recommend this brand!

Feeling beautiful
I am so incredibly grateful for accidentally coming across this small business. I have bought many items from them where they have been incredibly helpful. They are the kindest people I have come across and understood my struggle to find clothing I feel good in. I took all the items on holiday with me and within the week, I had compliments from so many people on the outfits I have worn which has never happened. I had high expectations but was really disappointed. I bought a coat for £245. Which I have never spent on a coat, but wanted to treat my self. The coat is so so scratchy, it doesn’t keep me warm at all, it looks almost grey because of the way it’s made with the wool. It’s not comfortable at all. I researched before hand and it said it was comfortable ect. I cut the tag off before I even put it on, as I had such high expectations. But now I am stuck without a coat I can’t wear. :(

Had some queries about a return and how long until I'd receive my refund. Maddie in the customer support team was so helpful and quickly processed my refund! Their replies to emails is so fast. I'll happily purchase from them again! Lovely items and great quality just had to return items due to sizing not quite right!

Not worth the price
Slow shipping and returns process, and dress felt incredibly cheap. Not sure I trust their small business/sustainability claims; feels like heavily marked-up fast fashion pieces. Size range is also very non-inclusive; an XL didn't fit me and I'm a UK 12–14. Customer service wasn't great but they said they were new so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that.

I bought a beautiful dress from sisterhood which was damaged after washing. I got in touch with customer service and received quick and professional help, and was provided with a replacement dress free of charge. Molly from customer service is so friendly, helpful, and responsive. I will certainly be buying from sisterhood again - the clothes are lovely and the service is amazing.

It’s only my experience with one time…
It’s only my experience with one time purchase, but it wasn’t pleasant unfortunately.
I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the material of the dress I ordered (it somehow made the new dress look already faded), which is why I returned it and got a confirmation they received my return. In an email it was stated the refund takes 10 business days, though a month later there was no refund and no response to 2 of my emails to the customer service.
The refund was issued only after I made a claim through Monzo.
POOR CISTOMER SERVICE
POOR SERVICE, WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN: Don’t rely on or choose the Saturday delivery option — you’ll waste £10 for nothing. My dress hasn’t been even dispached until Tuesday. They don’t respond to e-mails. Really poor experience with their service.
