Shockingly Poor Service – Avoid Johnstone Cupra Wigan
I booked my car in for a service and to check warning lights, dropping it off at 8:45am. When I returned at 4pm, the car hadn’t even moved. I was then told the service and checks “weren’t taking place” because they needed 4–5 hours to look at it — despite already having had the car all day.When I questioned this, I was told they had “30 cars today, someone has to be last . I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid Johnstone Cupra Wigan.

I was happy with the service at Johnsons Ford Tamworth because salesman very upfront about vehicle and costs. The question about a test drive, I couldn't have one in the car I was interested in and finally purchased as it was not on site at the time. As for a test drive I was trading in an earlier model of the same car so I was quite happy going over the newer controls on the new vehicle, which the salesman demonstrated."

Had a few issues with my car I bought in February,I can't fault the dealership from start to finish sorting out a curtsey car.
No stress at all.
Unfortunately I ended up changing my car for a different one.
The team couldn't do enough for me.
All happy and sorted now.
Big extra thank you to Mike and Richard who really looked after me.

Johnsons Wolverhampton VW are the best sales group I have met. Each of them are very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and patient. They are ready to answer all your questions and make you feel heard and respected. The vehicles are also very reliable.

There was a good choice of vehicles and, although I didn't intend to buy on the day, I was offered a fair part-exchange for my vehicle, so I went for it. I was also dealt with by a very friendly and professional member of staff, Giulia, who helped me make a quick decision.

I ordered my Ioniq 5N back in January and Johnsons Fleet Services have been fantastic. From Order to Delivery updates were prompt and the team were always available to help with queried. The Aftercare has also been a standout. Would definitely recommend and would definitely be a factor when considering my next vehicle as good service goes a long way.

The experience at Johnsons Hyundai Coventry was great because the sales person "Mitchell" was extremely helpful and found the colour and model of car we wanted at another branch and organised its collection to the Coventry site. Mitchell kept us in the loop at all times and couldn't have been more friendly and professional throughout the purchase. The reason I won't be having my car serviced there is because of the bad reviews. I will however have it serviced at another Hyundia dealership.
