A great service with value for money

Sorry guys but the sweets I received are really awful looking and tasting, please don’t tell me to return because I can see from other reviews that you can’t return once opened ? How can people know what they are like unless they are opened ? That is crazy

I have been buying sweets from TikTok sellers & online for the past year because I have been really unwell and was easier for me to purchase online so Iam familiar with pick & mix.

I seen your company realised you were in Scotland so decided to support a Scottish business rather than an English one as I live in Scotland.

Unfortunately I would never ever buy from you again they are the worst sweets I have ever seen & tasted & they have went straight in the bin.
They taste awful, meant to be jelly’s but are brick hard, dried up and some you can see have previously melted then dried up over time, there is no actual date on the bag even if they were Out of date I would still Like to know by how long they are out of date. Who knows how old they actually are !

Also please don’t say that they are sent from another place and you don’t know what’s in the bags because you actually sell them & should take full responsibility for what is in them, in-fact if it’s somebody else’s fault then please provide me with there contact details so I can complain to them directly, but it was your company I paid for my order.
This is something I do not like doing but they are that awful I felt ppl had a right to know.
Like I said they are in the bin now & iam not asking for a refund or a fight as stated earlier iam really not well enough for the stress , or a lame reason for the condition of them
Also people should be aware that the picture you can see of what you think you are getting is not a true reflection of what you actually receive.

Honest company what more could you want really.

I ordered 2 of these chocolate bars weeks ago they say there a delay in shipping so why are you still advertising there available when I haven't received mine as get 🤔

Great variety of sweets etc if you're picking exactly what you want at full price but stuff like the 1kg crazy mystery bags on offer and stuff like that are never what's shown. It will just be the same 5 or 6 shitty leftover crappy sweets that no one wants like which is mainly little fruity fizzy pebbly things with the best things in there being a few marshmallows or cola bottles which are bang on average.

Had seen this shop come up on tiktok selling the dubai pistachio chocolate as a work colleague is from dubai and it's his favourite chocolate. So went to process the order but my card wouldn't work so decided to go through the website instead. While I had the chocolate in the basket decided to purchase the out of date mystery bundle as well and got to say I'm very happily impressed with what I've received and to top it off had a paw patrol gift bag so my daughter is extremely happy. Will definitely be back on here very soon to see what else I want to get and be using only here for the future orders

Asked to cancel my order and was told no because “it had been collected that morning”. I then received an email that EVENING with the tracking information, which showed it had been dispatched at 18:12 and processed at Royal Mail at 22:36.

I sent an email making my displeasure known and that I don’t appreciate being lied to and they told me to wait for the full tracking information “as it’ll all update” and show it was picked up in the morning.

Well the full tracking information shows that it wasn’t picked up in the morning at all. I have also spoken to Royal Mail for a full breakdown of the parcels journey and timeline and they have confirmed this company lied to me. Pure and simple that they just didn’t want me to cancel my order.

A lying, disgraceful company who follows underhanded business practices.

Update - Why should I have gone to extra expense, returning an order when the tracking information and the full timeline provided to me by Royal Mail prove you lied. You should have just cancelled the order, not sent it so I would have incurred shipping costs, then further return costs. You lied and said it had shipped when it hadn't, purely as it was to your benefit.

This company is so amazing 🤩 the value for money the deals amazing.. fast delivery, great customer service and communication with customers always kept upto date with delivery etc totally brilliant have order quite a few times and never been disappointed I have a big family who has tried and loved the sweets and they ask me to get all there sweets from there I have recommended to many people and when speaking to them they have been really impressed and have gone back to using them again and again … keep up the brilliant work Joe’s sweet barn u r all stars 🤩

Sweets tasted damp rather than dried. Not much for the money and took a while to come. Wasn’t very impressed and probably wouldn’t use again if I can help it. Sorry but I’ve tasted others freeze dried and were dry and as they should be these weren’t.

Absolutely amazing company the chose of sweets is unreal especially the ones my husband had when he was a kid when he use to go out with his mum.Good value for money and wow taste so good .I will definitely be buying from you again as such a good idea for the grandkids for Christmas.Many thanks Joes sweets Barn
