Been using this websight for years now, especially at halloween the mixed 1kg jelly sweet bags are amazing value and keep the trick or treaters happy ever year. Always a quick delivery and great products at an excellent price. Love the different options and also vegaterian sweets available for myself. I have always had a good best before date on all my orders and the most recent order sweets are in date until 2028. Highly recommend

Have had lots of sweets from here…
Have had lots of sweets from here especially as we have a vegan in the house and they usually have a very good selection of gummy vegan sweets. I did notice though, this time, they were out of stock of a LOT of the vegan options so it was a little disappointing. They are very well priced for the 1 Kg bags. This time, one of my bags had a really poor use-by date (only 4 weeks) but the rest were well ahead by 6 months or more. It's for a vegan birthday hamper I'm planning at the end of October so they will be out of date by then.
Hopefully they will restock soon with more vegan options and not send things with such a short use-by date. I would recommend this company otherwise. Also, it was next day delivery to Scotland which was very impressive.

We take the dates and quality of our products extremely seriously, so a product being two years out of date would be completely unacceptable and is not something we would expect to leave our warehouse.

Placed my first order. Dispatched really quick. All items arrived in great condition in a box.
I've had sweets arrive in a mailing bag from another online shop but prefer a box so as to arrive nicely ready to gift.

Great value sweets!
I was searching for bulk bags of vegan sweets when I came across this website and Im glad I did! 1kg bulk bags of vegan sweets for under £6 each! I was even able to get a 15% discount for signing up to the newsletter and together with free delivery over £25 made it a bargain, 6kg of sweets for under £26 delivered! The sweets were quite tasty too! The fizzy mix was the favourite. I'll definitely be shopping here when I need more!

Sweets arrived quickly…that’s where it ended
Sweets arrived quickly, but sadly that’s where the positives ended.
Some of the sweets I ordered arrived melted into one clump.
When I reached out to their customer services team, it took a while to get a response. They eventually responded, and I was asked to provide photos, which I happily did. The response I got to that email (once again, having to chase) left me utterly astounded.
In summary, they said that as per their terms and conditions, anything ordered in the warmer weather is at the customers risk. Firstly, I don’t think many customers first thought is to read a company’s T&C’s before placing an order. Secondly, why not mark the products as out of stock until the weather is more stable (I would also like to add that I ordered in between the heatwave when it was cooler) or put a clear disclaimer/banner about this on their homepage.
Overall, I am utterly disgusted by the lack of customer support and safe to say it was my first and last order with Sweets and Candy.

Unfortunately, during periods of exceptionally high temperatures, chocolate can melt in transit despite being perfectly packaged when it leaves us. Our terms and conditions do explain the risks associated with ordering chocolate during periods of hot weather, but we appreciate that not every customer will read these before placing an order, and we take on board your feedback regarding making this information more prominent.
As a small family-run business, temporarily removing all chocolate products from sale during periods of hot weather isn't straightforward. We have customers collecting directly from us as well as customers ordering for delivery, and removing these products completely would prevent customers who are able to collect or otherwise safely receive their orders from purchasing them.
That said, we never want a customer to feel that their concerns aren't being listened to. We’re sorry that you felt you had to chase us for a response and that our communication left you disappointed. Your feedback has been taken on board, particularly around making our warm weather information clearer and improving communication with customers.
We genuinely appreciate your custom and are sorry that your first experience with us did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
Unedible sweets
Most of the sweets I bought were inedible and had a very off-putting taste. I only like the Sweetzone belts; what I assume is the company's own sweets went in the bin. Truly disappointing. The delivery was fast, but I wasted £13, so it wasn't worth it at all. Would recommend buying only branded stuff from here.

Misleading Products and Poor Customer Service – Never Again
I ordered a 1kg bag of chocolate raisins that was advertised in bright, attractive packaging – perfect for a gift. What arrived looked nothing like what was shown on the website: dull brown and mustard packaging that resembled a supermarket budget range. Completely unsuitable for gifting and absolutely not what I paid for.
When I contacted Sweets and Candy, I expected at least an apology or some acknowledgement of the issue. Instead, I was told I could return the item at my own expense for a refund. Considering I’d already paid for delivery, paying again to return a product that they misrepresented would cost more than the item itself.
Very disappointing experience. The products being dispatched are clearly not what’s being advertised, and the customer service response only added to the frustration. I won’t be ordering from them again.
