Low quality and not worth the price
Ordered a personalised journal as a gift, came in a damaged box absolutely not up to standard for a product worth £100 or suitable for gifting. The site itself wasn’t clear on how many pages were included in each item and the vegan leather came scratched and doesn’t seem long lasting. Will be finding another business to purchase from instead.

I have just seen your Trustpilot review and wanted to get in touch, as I was disappointed to read that there were several issues mentioned that had not previously been raised with us directly, particularly regarding the scratched journal and the page count.
The page count for each journal is always included in the product description on every product on the website. We are also always very happy to help with any questions or concerns customers may have. We pride ourselves on being responsive and providing a personal service, whether that is through our TikTok Lives, where we offer one-to-one shopping support, or through the time I personally spend helping customers by phone and message to build the perfect order.
This is why I was particularly surprised by the review, as our previous correspondence with you only mentioned that the postage box had been slightly damaged in transit. We discussed this is what the purpose of the box was, to protect the items inside which are of course the products, and offered you a complimentary box as a replacement. We have yet to receive a reply to this offer as far as I can see. At the time, you had also explained that the order was intended as a gift and that the recipient you stated would become a "repeat customer". As no damage to the journal itself was mentioned at that point, we had no reason to believe there was an issue with the product inside as it was not detailed in the many emails we have exchanged.
Could you please send us a photograph of the damage to the binder? We are concerned that, if this was previously reported to us, your message may somehow have been missed, and we would of course like the opportunity to look into this for you, as you can see, with all of our reviews, we pride ourselves in ensuring every product delivered is perfect, and if not, we rectify this very quickly for all of our customers.
