I have ordered 4 binders, 2 folios, loads of inserts. Advent calendar, Christmas journal, signed up to bi monthly subscription, also purchased the cleaning journal. All are superb quality great customer satusfaction. And next day delivery.,Emma has answered queries quick and been very helpful. When i recieved my productive 2026/2027 journal. I was blown away by the quality. I have since organised it to my liking . Added stickers .added birthday lists , appointment etc. .
I didn't realise how much i needed joanne's journal in my life. So looking forward to the rest of the year. Thank you for this beautiful format.x

Fast shipping, amazing customer service both live on tiktok shop and via the email. And wow the journal is beautiful the paper for the inserts feel so premium! They personally engraved my journal and I still received my order next day! Beyond amazing service!!

I’ve ordered a few times now and am generally very impressed.
The products are really lovely, and very good quality.
I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered the mystery box number five and was very disappointed with it- it didn’t feel like the same high quality as the other products I had ordered.
To be fair, they did allow me to return it for store credit, although the process was very confusing as they got me mixed up with someone else and assumed I had returned the box when I hadn’t, and it took a few emails to sort that out.
I would definitely order more, but wouldn’t order another mystery box

I love the journal because I can put in it what I want so it is unique to me and nobody else. I have already ordered another journal as I want to separate out my health inserts to my academic inserts. I also can’t wait to get my Christmas planner although I may be stashing that to start using next year as I’ve already done a lot of my Christmas shopping! The quality is great they dispatch everything super quick.

Love love love this company and their products. Ordered a Luxe journal and a whole load of inserts and accessories at about 9pm on a Friday night, they arrived on the Sunday, incredibly quick, beautifully packaged and a real treat to open. The journal cover is gorgeous, really high quality and the inserts are all great. High quality paper and card, lovely stickers and other accessories. Yes, it's expensive but it feels it and looks it and is absolutely worth it. I can see myself using this for many years to come.

What a fantastic company!
I placed my 3rd order on Satirday and unfortunately a few items were missing so I emailed to let them know. Within a minute I had received a reply and an apology along with confirmation that the items would be sent to me. Thay arrived the next morning.
