Be careful
Hi,
I would like to share some concerns regarding our recent experience.
When we initially reached out for assistance, we received a very prompt response; however, the interaction focused on offering additional products at a higher cost—items that were not necessary for our situation—rather than providing the help we were seeking. We ultimately felt that our request for support was not addressed.
Additionally, after receiving confirmation that our request had been received and that we should wait for a reply, we never received any follow-up communication.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it has been both frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate any clarification you can provide regarding our request and whether further assistance may still be possible.
Be careful I do not recommend this comapny

Hi Wold, We are sorry that your booking experience with us did not meet your expectation. I can see that your booking was rejected due to airfare selling out at the quoted airfare. While we are very sorry about the inconvenience caused, however please note that Jetabroad sells airfares that are loaded on our system directly by the airline and even though it is rare but there are times that an airline may delay updating their inventory in real time which leads in the fare being rejected. In such cases, as outlined in Jetabroad's terms and conditions, we offer the passenger the next best option or a full refund. In your case, while we checked other flights and other Airlines but unfortunately we were unable to offer you seats on any Airline at a comparable price and hence you were refunded in full.
Exceptional experience
I was a bit wary booking with a third party for my upcoming travel however using Jetabroad has been an exceptional experience. The booking was easy. The communication was great. I loved the updates and notifications about my upcoming travel. I will have no hesitations recommending Jetabroad or using them for future travels.

Well I got delayed going to Cape Town
Well I got delayed going to Cape Town. Had to spend a night in a dreadful hotel in Addis Ababa. Then on my return my luggage was significantly delayed - Jetstar made me feel as if it was my fault. No compensation from them at all.

Great customer service experience with Jetaboard
Great experience with Jetaboard. Their pricing was competitive, and the customer service team was responsive and easy to deal with. I ended up being charged extra for my luggage during checkin BUT the jetaboard team were quick to process my refund so that I’m not out of pocket. Really appreciated how fast and smoothly everything was handled on the issue. Will choose them again.

I had an extremely disappointing and misleading experience with Jatabroad.co.uk. The website advertised flight prices through Skyscanner at around £3,401, which is why I clicked through to book. However, after spending time entering passenger details and proceeding through the booking process, the price suddenly changed dramatically.
When reaching the payment stage, the price jumped to £6,976, which is more than double the advertised amount. At another stage it displayed a message saying “That low price just got away” and tried to justify the new inflated fare.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic — attracting customers with unrealistically low prices and then increasing the fare once they are invested in the booking process. It wastes customers’ time, creates frustration, and is highly misleading.
I strongly believe websites should advertise genuine live prices, not lure customers in with prices that are unavailable or impossible to book.
My concerns:
• Misleading pricing shown on comparison sites like Skyscanner
• Massive price increases during checkout
• Wasting customer time collecting details before revealing true cost
• Unfair and deceptive sales tactics
I would not recommend using this company based on my experience.
I will also be reporting this matter to Skyscanner, Trading Standards, and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for misleading advertising.

Do not use this company if you want to make it to your destination
Do not use this company. I booked airline tickets and the day before my flight realized there had been a change to my ticket that meant I missed my connection and had no other options that day to make it to my destination. Neither Jetabroad nor the airline let me know of this change. Nor did Jetabroad help me secure a new ticket. However, they still want to charge me their fees!
