Very confusing process of receiving e-tickets. I had 6 flights in one reservation and it took 2 additional contact emails to receive all of the tickets. Site is easy to navigate, but the policies are not great.

You sent me someone else’s flight…
You sent me someone else’s flight itinerary, in my view a very bad data breach on your part. I received someone else’s full name and booking reference - with that information their flight could’ve been changed or cancelled (if I was a worse person!) When I raised with the team they did little to reassure me that this was escalated to management and that processes would be reviewed.

Jet abroad is the worst agency in the history of flight invention. My flight was delayed because of the airline, and I missed my flight to China. I had to stay in LAX for over 12 hours over night. I had to purchase a new ticket for $1000 to get to my destination for work in time. It has been now 3 months, and I am still fighting with them to get my money back. Next time I will book directly with the airline no matter the cost. There is not contact number for them in the world unless you live in Australia.

Travel booking Stress
Very easy booking process once you gone through everything else .! but one problem is that flight prices change daily for the same flight. I have booked flights to Tonga at $901 x3 . thought I would check the same flights a couple of days later and they were only $781 each a little frustrating could of saved ourselves $120 each by booking a couple of days later . Also it would be better if you could eventually be able to talk to someone if you have any major problems like we did over the last 2 years . ( twice cancelling and then trying to get cash refunds and credit vouchers etc Probably won't use Jetabroad again .
