Worst experience
I have had a terrible experience trying to reschedule flights then submitted the form to request a refund but had no update on this at all. It has been going on for 2 to 3 weeks now.
Been really difficult to get a straight answer on my refund. I had to fork out a lot to get back home and has left me in a difficult position. I am questioning every day when I will receive my refund.

Please note that once we submit the tickets for a refund, the processing times are not in our hands. The airlines process refunds as per their own timeline. Given the war in the middle east, most airline's response times are slower than usual. As our team have advised you in emails, refund processing times can vary between 4-12 weeks. A trip from Christchurch to Honolulu…
A trip from Christchurch to Honolulu was changed. The new flight has me arriving a day late, and has 3 layovers, one of which is over 16 hours long. I have emailed them. They said call the airline. I called. The airline said they aren’t authorized to make the change . This is not good.

Zero support for airline schedule…
Zero support for airline schedule changes – Impossible to reach
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from Jetaboard. My airline recently changed my flight schedule, resulting in a timing collision that makes my itinerary impossible to follow.
I have emailed their support team multiple times requesting a necessary flight change to resolve this, but I have received absolutely no response. It is incredibly stressful to be left stranded with a broken itinerary and a travel agency that refuses to provide the basic support they are responsible for.

Hi Samuel, these days more and more airlines charge extra for seat selection. You can send us your prefered seat request by emailing us at customersupport@jetabroad.com, if we can request this in-house, we will request this for you at no extra cost of course. However, if the airline do not permit us to request this for you, you will need to purchase seats directly with the airline.

Air line information is we updated to jetabroad 24 March but jetabroad sent us email 2 April airline manager said beneficiary is jetabroad so you have to contact jetabroad so nobody help us
