I purchased customer service at extra cost of $84.
But I have tried to reach the agent at Jetabroad using phone number, email, and chatline for last 24 hours. No agent are ever available or reply to my simple email or a call with voice messages, asking them to send full schedule details with airline confirmation number and e-ticket numbers, simple request? right?
Why did I pay the extra fee to receive a customer service, when nobody ever available to render service I paid for in advance,

Easy booking. Prompt sending of E ticket

1. The exact money withdrawal after payment,
2. The ticket sent was very clear in pdf format
3. No too many questions before payment, very easy.
4. Clarity of the flights itinerary
PS: The bad thing was they did not propose the seat during booking.

Poor service. They don’t respond to emails if you do t pay.

Booked huge multi city booking after searching on SkyScanner and JetAbroad were the most competitive price at £3500. Booked through their website, received confirmation immediately. 3 hours later the flights were cancelled as they advised the price I booked and paid for was no longer available. The pending transaction on my credit card was immediately refunded but I already booked all my hotels and further domestic flights required in this trip after the original confirmation from JetAbroad. Had to rebook flights with Booking.com at a higher price. Lesson learned. Use a reputable company, not these amateurs.

The airline canceled the flights, my friend's booking agent fly sharp gave new flight times over the phone while on hold for five minutes whereas when I used jet abroad, I have now been waiting 5 days for a reply and updated travel tickets, they are not calling the airline instead emailing them and telling us to wait up to 48 hours and promising a callback and this has been going on for five days and we have tried calling them 50 times and got through once!!!! Fly sharp booking agency took five minutes on the phone and jet abroad cannot handle over five days and counting, serious problems with customer services or lack of. If anything goes wrong and you use jet abroad you will have no support

Jetaboard is a nightmare.

My flight was cancelled by the airline, and a full refund was issued but Jetaboard took $50 out of it for a “processing fee” on something I didn’t cause.

Customer service is useless. They just copy-paste responses, bounce you around, and hide behind “terms” instead of actually helping.

They make everything more complicated and take money when things go wrong.

Avoid them. Book directly with the airline.

I recently booked a multi‑destination trip to Australia and New Zealand through this travel agency, and overall, I had a very good experience. The team was consistently professional and responsive, and they proactively communicated with me whenever I had a question, which made the planning process much smoother.

There was a small point of confusion regarding my baggage allowance for the MEL–Auckland flight, which caused me a bit of stress before departure. However, I was able to resolve it at the airport without any major issues.

Despite that minor hiccup, I’m not disappointed. The service was reliable, and I appreciated their support throughout my trip. I would consider using them again for future travel.

Your booking system was a bit creaky .

I have known Jetabroad as a reputable travel agency for quite a number of years.
On the 11/03/26,I booked a flight from Perth to Barcelona.The itinerary was good at first but later changed to different times.
The departure time from Perth (10:30AM) was the same (10:30AM) departure time of my connecting flight from Singapore to Dubai and left me with no options.That was unlike the Jetabroad I know.
When I drew attention to the Jetabroad representative,he seemed to have no clue about the time zone difference.It seemed to be so hard for him to solve the problem.Unfortunately,each time I ring Jetabroad,I would bump on the same person. He put me on hold for a long time only to come back with an unsatisfying answer.
He pursued me to cancel the flight with a fee of $300.I queried that because it was not my fault to cancel.He asked me to confirm my bank details over the phone. When I hesitated as it didn't sound right,he said it was for payment of refund.Because I was already frustrated,I gave him the details.
The next moment,a sum of $320 was deducted from my account by AU Flight Booking I had no business with.
I reported the matter to my bank and the card was cancelled.
It is now 6 weeks since I have been waiting for a Refund.I am now on financial hardship because I had to book another flight to Barcelona through Jetabroad.com.au which went really well as always expected.
